We ordered this mattress and a frame on July 4th. The estimated delivery date was July 12th. The frame was delivered three days early on the 11th, but only an "in progress" status for the mattress. By July 16th I requested a status update and was told I would get one in 24-48 hours. The update, after waiting morr than 48 hours, was they were backed up because of the holiday and would be shipping them out. July 19th, we called to request a cancelation as there still was no updated shipping info. I was told it would be 27-48 hours to hear if they accepted the cancelation.It is now July 24th, and I have not heard anything. I don't know if the mattress will show up one day or if they canceled it. Horrible.

I've been sleeping on this bed for about a month. It is thebright balance between soft & firm. Best night's sleep in years

I like it but my wife thinks it's too hard for her, before the 100 days are up we will have to determine if it's a keeper or not.

Mattress is nice and soft. I. I longer wake up with back pains. I also bought the ghost pillows which is amazing

Had bad back issues after only one week of owning this bed all back problems are gone highly recommend this bed

The bed produces so much heat that I toss and turn all night. I will be investigating if I can still return the bed

Enjoy bed but I bought a king bed and they gave me small pillows so I'm a little upset about that if I had right size pillows would be five star
