Bed is comfortable/great and arrived promptly. I had trouble contacting the company over shipment issues and never have received answers to communications - their support is dismal - maybe a pandemic issue?

I Have had a gostbed in my truck sleeper for years and loved it, but when I am home I noticed my back would hurt, so we saved up for a long time and bought a king size mattress for our bed at home. We couldn't be any happier with it.

Before I got my ghost bed, I was having the worst sleep! My new bed is amazing, it is very comfortable; and seems to just fit to my body! The pillows are also amazing, the cooling side is my favorite part!

Our Ghost Bed arrived in a timely manner. It was heavy getting it out of the box but we were able to get it out of the bag and on the bed frame pretty easily. It feels great and I really enjoy sleeping on it.

I was intrigued by the mattress coming to your house and the multi layer foam mattress but scared. After having it a few weeks I love this mattress and glad I pulled the trigger, the ghost pillows are insane! Great job guys

I don't have trouble with pressure spots now. The best thing is being able to move to a cool spot when having a hot flash or seizure. Getting much better sleep.

Nicely made but too stiff. First rate customer service resolved the issue but I had too upgrade, more $$$. Don’t order without calling and talking to them first.

If you like a mattress on the firmer side you will not be disappointed. This is 11" thick too which is more than most other bed in a box companies will give you. Definitely recommend!

My husband loves the new mattress and I am getting used to it. It's definitely nice not to feel any movement on my side when my husband moves around on his.

I have always believed I liked and wanted a "firm" bed. This Ghostbed mattress has been easy to transition to. It is not as firm if you sit on the edges, and I wonder about the longevity... but I am sleeping better than I have in the last 10 years.
