Ordering was simple enough. I did run into some trouble regarding my order being held due to my shipping address being different than my billing address. But in a simple call and an email, the problem was cleared up and I received my bed 2 days later. It's a firm bed, but after a few minutes it fades away and the bed is very comfortable. The pillows that I selected to come with it remain cool and soft.

What an incredibly comfortable bed! And the pillows!? Even better. Incredibly simple purchase process and it was even better that shipping was free on such a heavy product. I feel bad for that FedEx guy that had to move it to my doorstep. Putting together the frame was a little rocky as the pieces didn't seem to fit 100 correctly. There was a little stretching that needed to be done but we made it work. Great product overall.

Ordered a GhostBed after a horrible experience trying to order a different mattress! What a difference with GhostBed! I placed my order on a Thursday night and received delivery early Monday morning with lots of time to let the mattress take shape and air out before bedtime. Ordering, shipment & receipt were smooth, fast and easy. My husband and I sleep on a queen (with a mid-size terrier sleeping at the foot of the bed) and we love it. All of the pressure point pain I was experiencing with our old traditional spring mattress is gone. Would definitely recommend for cool, comfortable sleep.

So far so good. There were a few bumps in the process of getting the bed, the people at GhostBed were quick to help and get things resolved. The bed is great, the first night was awesome. I did not need any time to get use to the bed. I stayed away from home for several days after using the GhostBed for a week, and the first night back home was amazing, getting back into GhostBed was absolute bliss. The adjustable base will take some time tho, it is difficult for me to justify the cost for something I do not use everyday. It's been about 2 months since getting our new Ghost Bed. So far it's been really great. Awesome support, no edge sagging at all. Over all we are very happy. It's pretty firm but not uncomfortable. Only dislike at this point is the base frame. Its strong but since it does not have a thick fabric around it, we catch our toes on the wood from time to time. I would recommend it for sure.

The process was easy to order and the bed was even easier to set up. We’ve had ours for about two weeks now and it’s been very comfortable, but certainly sleeps warmer than a standard bed. My only issue so far is that our bed was supposed to rise to 11 inches and hasn’t moved past ten inches in the two weeks since opening it.

It’s only been a couple of weeks since receiving our ghostbed, but so far we love it! I am always one to try out warranties but I don’t foresee us returning this one. We had back pain with our old mattress and since switching to the ghostbed, we have been waking up refreshed. Once is was fully set up, it provides the right amount of support. We don’t get hot or cold but believe it is neutral. It’s a little on the medium firm side and provides good support and we are back and side sleepers.

I did this once already but they keep asking so here ya go. The bed (Queen mattress) arrived very quickly even though I ordered on a Saturday. Instructions were clear and followed. First night on the new mattress proved to be a great success for the wife as she woke witout any trace of back pain after having had troubles for almost a year sleeping on our old system. (A sleep Number bed) While there was a little tinge in my lower back, by the second morning I had acclimated and find the GhostBed to very comfortable. Overall the five star rating is well earned as this bed is firm but soft at the same time. If you just sit on the side you can feel the gelfoam sink as it forms to the shape of your body. We expect many years of comfort from our new GhostBed.

We purchased a full size ghost bed a few months ago for our guest room. We slept on it for the first time last night just to try it out before guests arrive. Well, both my husband and I love the mattress. It did not take either one of us any time to adjust to the bed - one night sleeping on it made us advocates of the mattress. We did receive two free ghost pillows with our mattress purchase which are a bit larger than standard size. The pillows fit in a standard pillow case but the case only overhangs a little bit. With that said, we are very happy with our purchase!!

When we received our bed, it was super easy to unroll and cool to watch it inflate from a squished product to a full size king bed. The bed is the right amount of firm and soft. My husband needed a firmed bed and that’s what we got. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. My two friends recommended it to us!
