Ordering was easy, delivery prompt, set-up a breeze. Only problem is that the mattress is too firm for a side sleeper and my pressure points are aching. Have to send it back so we'll see how the 100 day warranty works.

My daughter loves this mattress! It’s firm but super comfy. She loves how cool it stays. The protector is silent and doesn’t seem to impact the coolness of the mattress. Great buy!

Very good customer service. After a short break-in period the bed has become very comfortable. It's a bit "soft" when sitting on the edge, but not too bad.

After having the bed for a few weeks now I am finally sleeping through the whole night and having no issues with discomfort. Recommended to a few people already who are looking for beds. Hopefully they will join the Ghost Squad!

I receive my bed it was very well it worked out nice it was a bit firm so I ended up putting 1 inch memory foam on top. now it's the greatest bed l ever had.

This mattress is amazing! Have neck and back issues and have found some relief since sleeping on it! Just the right amount of support! And my hips and arms don't fall asleep anymore!
