Great bed! Had this for maybe a month or more now. It's a little bit firmer than I was expecting for 6-7 scale, maybe feels like 8 or 8.5. Far from a deal breaker, and still much better than my spring mattress. Not to mention the Ghost pillows are fantastic and definitely very cushy and cooling! Only issues I have are my particular sheets are very prone to sliding off on the corners. And the support team was super helpful with my order. Over all I'd be happy to go through this again.

Great bed! Delivered, opened, slept on so easy!! So comfortable compared to a traditional mattress. Love love love it!!! My husband and I don't have sore backs or bodies in the morning. Really get a good nights sleep on it!!! Customer service was great too answering questions I had!!!

I had reservations about ordering a memory foam mattress. I have three herniated disks and am currently over 300 lbs. The ghost bed has been great. Sleep is pain free and the mattress is cooler than expected. My wife loves it as well, her shoulder was bothering her with our previous mattress and the problem is no more. Very happy with our purchase.

I was a little leery to purchase a bed off the internet without going through the traditional methods of a brick and mortar. This is THE best bed I have ever slept on, my body has never been so comfortable and relaxed. I recommended this to everyone who will listen. It arrived very quickly and set up was a breeze. I personally haven't slept well in years. I'd find myself leaving the bed to sleep on the couch or even the floor. Nothing felt right no matter what mattress I tried. Recently my wife and I decided to try again for the perfect bed. We went to several stores and demo'd all the top brands. I remembered seeing a GhostBed ad online so decided to read up on it. After much consideration we decided to try GhostBed. The value just seemed too good to pass up. We couldn't be happier. Shipping was quick and set up was a breeze. Even assembly of the base took under a half hour. The bed was a little firmer than we expected based on similar styles we had tried in stores. But we adapted quickly due to the overall comfort. Have been sleeping great and we are very happy with the value. We also recommend the GhostPillow. Great products all around!

Seems like a well made bed. Very little odor. Edges seem more supportive than some other beds I've laid on. But, its much too firm for my taste. Reviews made this out to be fairly soft but its not. Maybe a 7 / 10 in firmness. My wife couldn't sleep on it more than 3 days without going back to our old bed. I gave it more time, but kept waking up with sore shoulders (I'm a side sleeper). Ultimately, we are going to have to end out sleep trial early.

What a stress-less way to get a mattress! Very comfortable. No chemical smell. It's thicker than our last expensive, latex mattress from local store. We have a platform frame with slats. Been sleeping on it almost 2 month before doing review. It's a keeper. We weren't sure about the pillows initially. Took some getting used to. I love that there's cooling gel, but wish it was on both sides because it eventually warms up. Husband figured out he had to press his head into the pillow to get it to conform the way he wanted. I've used standard and buckwheat hull pillows - these support almost as well as buckwheat without the noise. Great deal at a great price.

Everything went very smoothly. The ordering process, shipping, and opening everything up. My only complaint is that the pillows and mattress have a very strange smell when first opened. Just needed a day or two to air out and then we were good to go!

I was skeptical as this was my first mattress in a box, but so far the bed is really comfortable. I would agree with people saying it is more on the firm side, but you still sink in a little bit. It's comfortable both on my side and back. I've recommended it to others.

My husband loves this mattress! It is firm but not too much which is good because I like a softer mattress, it's a good compromise. It does take some breaking-in, which is why I gave 4/5 stars. The first night I rolled off since the center was higher than the side lip. But after a few days, it gets better.
