Ghostbed was great to work with from start to finish. I slept very well on the mattress but the surface was not consistent across the bed from early on. I can't believe it was normal but could not take a chance so I returned within the trial period. Other than that I would have been completely happy.

I ended up buying the mattress, boxspring, mattress protector, and i got the pillows with the mattress. When everything finally arrived I was able to set everything up and sleep on the bed. After about 2 weeks of getting used to the change from a standard spring mattress to this I love the bed now. My 5 stars are for the bed and comfort that is received. What I am not judging the star level to is the box spring. I opened the boxspring box and started putting it together and for Made in America, this is terrible quality. There is even a letter from the CEO to let me know that the wood may be splintered or of bad quality but no matter what the box spring will hold up the bed. The holes for the screws were not even in line for where it had to go. I ended up having to drill holes just to be sure that I could screw the wood down. When I look at other box springs there is more support underneathe to prevent the box from any damage or shifting. When I put this together half the boards were warped (I know that wood does this and is hard to prevent). All in all the boxspring to me does not have Made in America quality. When I opened the mattress to watch it expand it was slow, I gave it 24 hours and noticed that the bottom of the mattress was solid like a rock and wasnt moving at all. I thought maybe it needed heat to make it expand better. Before putting the mattress near a space heater I ended up unzipping the top layer of the mattress and found the problem. When the mattress was inserted into its cover some sort of fabric glue was applied to seal off the end. This somehow managed to attach it self to the mattress while it was being rolled and compressed. The under lining also had holes in it at the bottom that we had to sew up. Again my 5 star review is strictly for the comfort of the mattress and how well I sleep. As for how the mattress is packaged and the boxspring is of not what I consider to be Made in America quality at all the review for that would be a much lower star.

I went from having a very plush mattress to having this firm one. The first night was rough due to transitions from an extremely soft bed to a firmer one but after that it was easy sailing. Some of the best sleep I have had in a while. And of course my husband love it. He’s been sleeping like a baby every night.

I needed a new bed and was just about to go to a typical mattress store and buy an expensive coil spring mattress. I started looking around on the internet though, and discovered Ghost Bed. I researched them and decided to buy, and was really glad I did! Very good price, easy to order, got here in THREE (3) days, and set it up in 15 minutes. I can't get over how much I love this bed. I originally tried a Casper and found it slept just too warm, and I was really worried that the GhostBed would do the same thing. But I read a lot of reviews that mentioned it didn't sleep hot, so the next step was to convince my husband that we needed a new bed to replace our 7-year-old mattress. After a lengthy Powerpoint presentation and some not-so-subtle hints, he agreed and we ordered our GhostBed. Fast forward a few days to the long-awaited arrival of my new bed. We opened it up right away so it could settle out before we went to sleep. First of all, the t-shirt was an awesome surprise (although I wouldn't know how it wore because it's lost somewhere among all the boxes still stacked up from our recent move!) I love how easy it was to set up...just open the box, unroll, and unwrap. Simple. So the big test was: Just how well will my husband and I sleep on this bed? That night, I slept better than I had in almost two years, and it's only continued from there (even with two dogs and two cats sharing the bed with my husband and me!) My husband has told me at least a dozen times that he loves our new bed, so I can definitely say it's been a success!!

Our favorite quality in this bed is that it Does Not Sleep Hot. It has good bounce, but is also good at pressure point relief. The bed is on the firm end, but is still comfortable for my petite wife. It seems like the bed is quality material and should hold up for a long time. My wife is comfortable even as a side sleeper, but I have broad shoulders and feel like I don't get enough sinkage in my shoulders to be straight on my side. It's comfortable enough on my side and I sleep mostly on my back, so think I can live with that at the moment. We replaced a sleep number bed with the king size GhostBed and consider this a major upgrade so far. My lower back definitely feels better in the mornings.

I bought the king matress and foundation. Easy assemble! My first reaction when i layed on the bed was that i wasnt going to like it. It felt too firm, but when i went to bed that night after laying there for a bit you sink in just a bit and its softer. From the first night and the two weeks ive been sleeping on it I have slept better through the night and woke up with less hip and back pain.

I was originally super hesitant to buy a bed online because you can’t text it out. But I liked the idea of it just showing up at my doorstep in a box! After tons and tons of research of different companies who do the same thing, I found this one to not only by the cheapest, but also the highest rated of other at similar price. I personally need a harder bed because of my back and this does exactly what I need. It’s hard but also because of the memory foam it forms to your body. My first three nights with the bed I slept 11 hours each and woke up with no back pain at all. I am so so so happy with my purchase.

It was delivered fine and rolled out easily - very heavy! Not a strong smell, as I've heard can be an issue with some gel mattresses. We've had it for two months and so far it has been great. I wish I could say I feel like a different person - not that, but have slept comfortably and not had any issues with heat, which was another concern of this sort of mattress. I also very much like the pillow and the mattress pad we got as well.
