I love this bed, I had an issue where the platform came with a warped piece of wood. I contacted Ghost Bed support and they sent me another one. It was a very quick, painless process. I love mattress it's self. I've been sleeping much better since feting this bed.

I spent a month or so researching reviews on this and other beds and the Ghostbed is hands down one of the best beds on the market. It helps wonderfully with relieving back pain i felt with other beds. And usually i would toss and turn for a while to get comfortable enough to fall asleep but with this bed it takes me hardly any time to fall asleep like a baby. The only problem i have is that i can't take this bed with me when i sleep away from home

We purchased this bed for a spare room as we have family visit often. The mattress has been a hit and everyone who stays says the bed is super comfortable. The box spring was easy to assemble and took one person about 35 minutes to put together. The pillows are a little firm but we are hoping they soften up over time.

Before I got my ghost bed I was sleeping on a bed that wished it was a taco. It folded up on both sides and made an awful pocket in the middle where we would both get stuck at night, needless to say, affecting our sleep and relationship. We decided to upgrade from a full size to a queen since there were some awesome deals going on and could not be happier! The bed is cool and soft, but keeps a firm line for me. I sleep on my back and my partner sleeps bellyside, yet we are both still comfortable! With the queen size, we no longer kick or roll onto each other. The edges of the bed stay firm, and don't buckle like our old bed, so I can turn to my side and not fear falling off. Thank you Ghost bed for your awesome bed, delivery service, and super easy options for buying! Made this so much less stressful than I thought it would be.

I finally got a ghostbed after hearing about them for over a year on the Drinkin Bros podcast. I had just moved back to the states and needed a new mattress for my bed. The first couple of nights felt a little bit stiff but since then I’ve had the best sleep of my life. For years I’ve been a guy who wakes up several times a night to readjust or have to get up an pee. I’d put up with back pain thinking it was just a product of getting older. Not any more. I’m sleepig straight through the night and waking up feeling completely rested and ready to take on the day ahead. This mattress is a keeper and after a month of sleeping on it I have zero regrets. Very afforadable, comfortable mattress, amazing replacement to my 15 year old spring mattress. Ghost bed helps tremendously with my sciatic nerve and hamstring issue. The bed is excellent and provides a very comfortable sleep. It doesn't sag or "bounce" when you get into bed, so your partner is not disturbed if asleep. The pillows are very good, providing a supportive form for your neck and coolness for your head.

Unfortunately, the bed does not have the support that it advertises. Woke up with back pain everyday on a queen Ghostbed. The days I slept on my fiancée's Tempurpedic or a hotel bed...no back pain. Wish the bed was more comfortable. Planning on returning it.

I hate ghosts, but love Ghost Bed! PROS: -Speedy delivery (mine arrived 3 business days after the order was placed) -Easy set up (less than 5 minutes AND you can sleep on it immediately) -Not heavy, so if it is set up somewhere else it can be moved -No odor (some mattresses fill an entire room up with the smell of new plastic) -Your partner can move around at night, leaving you undisturbed (I get up at 6am, my boyfriend gets up at 9am) -Sleeps cool (no over heating) -Somewhere between a soft and firm mattress (Godilocks would say it was just right) -No box spring needed! CONS: -The package itself arrived in dismayed condition (as if Ace Ventura was delivering it)

My husband and I really wanted to like this mattress as it seemed to have high ratings by so many other people. Unfortunately, there are a number of issues that make it uncomfortable and just plain unsuitable for us. First, it's hot. We live in Texas, and it's summer of course. But we sleep with cotton sheets, a ceiling fan and air conditioning set at 72 degrees and are still hot. Uncomfortably hot. Second, the edges of the mattress are soft. Neither of us likes the "sinking" feeling when trying to sit on the edge of the bed. As the mattress responds to your body heat, you sink in, further adding to the heat factor. Third, for us, the dense foam doesn't have the spring we're used to having. For some people, that might be a plus; not so for us. Fourth, it's not comfortable for us. We've had it almost two months now and haven't had a good night of sleep yet. Finally, the 101-night sleep guarantee is misleading. If you register your bed and try to return it within the 101 nights, it's not easy to return at all. Your customer care representative will try everything they can not to have to take this thing off your hands. I'm not interested in spending more to keep something I don't like already. It's bad enough that the box spring is NOT covered with the sleep guarantee, so we're just stuck eating the cost of the foundation; but we DID expect them to honor their commitment to refund our money if we didn't like it. If you know already that you're a fan of memory foam or even foam mattresses in general, maybe you'll like this mattress. But if you're unsure and think you'll just give it a try because of the guarantee or because of the other reviews, I urge you to proceed with caution. It's not a cheap gamble for your wallet or your back.
