when I first slept on my new mattress I was indifferent. It was comfortable, it molded around you, but at the same time felt super firm. It was more firm than I anticipated. Now that I have been sleeping on the mattress for a few weeks I am in love. I'm glad I stuck out the transition. It no longer feels too firm. It conforms to your body yet maintaining enough firmness to not sink in completely. I am sleeping better and actually had a couple of nights I didn't wake up in the middle of the night which is not normal for me. Love this mattress so far and highly recommend.

My wife and I finally decided to replace our old spring mattress after we had to get rid of our boxspring when it wouldn't fit around a tight corner in a stairwell. Faced with the prospect of purchasing a new style of bed frame just for our old mattress that wasn't comfortable even after many mattress toppers and quilted mattress pads, we decided to make the plunge and invest in a mattress we didn't hate. After polling a number of friends who have purchased beds online, we figured out the things people didn't like and what to avoid. Researching different mattress reviews, we decided on the ghostbed because of cool sleeping, a firmer feel that you wouldn't sink into, and a fair amount of edge support and depth, despite being a foam mattress. Despite being foam, you really do not sink into the top of this mattress like traditional memory foam. The top layer is both cooling as advertised, and surprisingly supportive and even a bit bouncy. Despite initially finding the top a bit firm for my taste (although perfect in firmness for my wife's taste), as a side sleeper, my days of waking up stiff and with hip pain are gone. Like many others, I found the mattress firmer than expected. It seems kind of pointless to buy a memory foam mattress if its going to feel like a basic Sealy or Serta. As a side sleeper, I don’t feel any less relief of pressure on hips or shoulders, compared to a foam topper.

Since switching to this mattress I have been experiencing much more back pain. It's been one month. First couple weeks were great, last two weeks I'm incredibly sore and uncomfortable when I wake up. Will give it another couple weeks but at this point, not likely to keep the mattress. It seems very comfortable when sitting and laying down but my neck and back are killing me.

I have chronic back pain from my parachutist days in the military. After getting the GhostBed, I wake up with my back feeling better than it was with my old spring mattress. I definitely would recommend this bed to anyone, especially if they suffer from chronic back pain.

Only 2 weeks but so far so good! Not waking up with all the aches & pains I had before. I suffer from lower back pain, arthritis & I also had a double knee replacement. Some days I could not move but now it seems alot easier to get out of bed in the morning! No more tossing & turning!!

This was our first foam mattress and we are thrilled. The only adjustment we are making is to go back and buy a foundation - without it, we look up at our nightstands and gives us the feeling that we are at a sleepover on someone's floor. The mattress, however, has lived up to the hype!!

We have been struggling with back pain on an older pillow top mattress for a few years. We were nervous about purchasing a high dollar bed and having the same issues and wasted money. With the 100 night trial we gave it a shot. So far we have had zero back pain!! We love this bed!!

I read most reviews before buying the queen adjustable bed with mattress and pillows. Most complains were with the delivery method. I work from home so was able to be sure it didn't stay in the rain. I love the adjustable bed and the mattress is comfortable for me. No more neck nor back pain. Will need to wait a couple of months before giving a 5 star.

I found it very easy order, when delivered, my son and I were able to put the foundation together with in an hour and opened the mattress. I love how comfortable the mattress is for sleeping. The pillows are also very comfortable. I am a side sleeper. My son was impressed with how the mattress came and easiness of mattress.
