This was a gift for my fiance for father's day, that he was given early. He is a big guy, so he has large hands and struggles with the normal Switch remote. He loved this from the moment it came out of the box. It's sturdy and solid, very comfortable in the hands. It comes with a charging cable that is USB, so it can plug into a phone charger or the Switch itself. The only complaint he had was that the vibration is very weak, like the controller has too much mass for the size of the rumble pack they used, but it's not much of an issue. Overall, this was a great buy and I might be getting another for myself in the future.

I bought this controller for my little brother who plays the switch alot. There has been no problems at all.The battery IS AMAZING, ive charged it for 30 mins and lasted quite alot, even though you are supposed to charge it for 6 hours. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It works great! Feels good in the hands, buttons are solid with good tactile feedback. My only complaint is there were no instructions included. Not even a how-to-pair leaflet. I found what I needed on the web. It's not hard, but why keep the customer guessing?

I was planning on getting a pro controller for a while and I finally bit the bullet to purchase it when it wasn't sold out everywhere. If you're thinking of getting this controller, you won't be disappointed. Especially if you've been stuck with the default joycons for a while.

Compared to the Joy-Con, this controller has a decent amount of weight to it, which is a good thing! The control sticks are reminiscent to that of a GameCube controller, and the shoulder and trigger buttons have some give to them as opposed to the Joy-Con’s. All in all, it’s a really good controller that is on par with, if not better, than the DualShock 4.

Wow!!! I must say the controller feels awesome!! It actually feels more comfortable then the Xbox one controller to the hand, nintendo shocked me on that. Another note might i add, it comes packaged with a nintendo brand type c usb thick charging cable that alot of ppl failed to mention...so there you have it ppl the extra $10 bucks is for the cable...I mean ...what do you want for nothing?

The controller is laid out a little differently than the joycons. It takes a little while to get used to. I think it is more durable than joycons and costs roughly the same as a set. It it nice to have a cordless controller too. The only difficulty was pairing it, but the console actually provides the instructions. Overall, a great choice.

I think I was shipped a return that contained a fake controller. This controller does not have any Nintendo logos on it and the buttons feel a lot different than the one i bought when the switch first came out. Actually the look and feel of the whole controller seems different. The transparent plastic is a different color too. The first image is the controller I ordered and second is one I got with switch during release

I purchased this one on sale as a back up for the generic one I have and by the way it still working like new. So I decided to use the new one and what a disappointment the Nintendo pro controller is bad it doesn’t work, the cursor moves on its own, you can touch the joystick and it would stop but after a couple of seconds starts to move. When you buy something try it out as soon as you get it, don’t wait for six months because it will be too late to return.

Left joystick was broken out of the box and constantly drifted down, enough to make my character walk down any time I released the stick. After Googling it to see if there was anything that could be done, it's extremely clear there is a massive quality and quality control problem with the Switch Pro controller, specifically for the left stick.
