It's getting ridiculous when websites start adding reviews from other websites. Walmart reviews should be separate and stay on that website. Anywho i've had my pro controller since sw1 launch and haven't had any issues whatsoever. I also have the zelda version from day one and haven't had any issues with it. The joycons aren't ergonomic friendly and i don't even have big hands. This controller is the one to have. I'll take this one back only because it's not needed and use that money to get the pc2.

This controller itself is great, it plays wildly better than the joy cons. I’m really happy with the controller. But the shipping was delayed and delayed, I don’t know what was going on, but it took many extra days to come. I highly recomend this product, but the shipping time put it at 4 stars instead of five

My son has played his Nintendo Switch for around three years now, but never really loved the controller format that comes with the system. After A LOT of research and looking at many different traditional controller formats, we decided this one was the best option. First, this controller is made by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch. It does cost a little more than the off brand controllers that claim to be compatible with Switch. But, I'd rather pay an extra twenty bucks to ensure that it works properly with the system. It also comes with an option to buy a warranty. For me, this is a HUGE bonus! I bought this for my son's birthday, and he was thrilled! It's sleek and black. It pairs easily with the Switch, and it's wireless- so no tripping over cords! It also comes with a charging cord that connects the controller to the Switch to charge it. Very convenient! Since my son received this controller, he hasn't used the original Switch controller. He says this one is easier to use and he doesn't have any of the glitches with this controller that he sometimes had with the original Switch controller. I highly recommend!

Got this in, the box was crush, and upon my boyfriend opening it we found that the controller was a fake. (Probably could have been avoided had I looked a little more closely at the seller and reviews.) It’s very clearly not a licensed Nintendo Pro Controller, especially when you already have one to compare it to, and we’ll be returning it. Don’t waste your time.

it has been 3 months and 1 week since purchase of the pro controller. the left joystick is already broken. even without touching the controller, system calibration shows the "center" always bouncing. i am the only one to use the controller and system. i have only started heavier use of this controller as of this month. it only lasted just over a month of usage. unfortunately, i wasn't playing the first month when i could still return this item. i was not fond of the joystick layout either while i'm at it. this may be due to my love for PS controllers. it's just not natural for me in it's position. the arrow-pad is one of the worst on any controller i've ever used. it's almost impossible not to press 2 directions at once. tl;dr most regrettable purchase this year.

Great controller. Comfortable for long periods of time and great battery life. I thought it had drift issues roght out of the box at first but that was only a known glitch caused by Nintendo switch firmware. Updating my switch to the newest firmware resolved it and the controller works perfectly! To those having “drift” issues right out of the box, this was a software issue and nintendo released formware 10.0.2 to fix it. Update your switch and it will work flawlessly.

The box was either ripped open by someone during shipping or smashed for no reason considering the controller was defective. Some of the buttons and the left joystick weren’t working even after several attempts of recalibrations. The left joystick couldn’t even detect that I was moving it all the way forward. Experiences like this make me want to stop buying from walmart.

The pro controller is a great feeling controller. It’s a lot better than the smaller buttons in the joy cons. The reason for the low score is Nintendo has an issue with the joysticks “drifting”. I bought this controller to replace my 2 year old pro controller that was drifting really badly and this one was doing it too. Not as bad as my original. Nintendo just has an issue with making cheap sensors and joysticks. Other than that it’s a great controller for your switch, especially if your playing in docked mode.

The pro controller makes it very hard to return to the joycons controller unless they're more convenient at the time or have a Satisfye grip. Though if you bigger hands you're gonna want any reason not to use the joycons without Satisfye. Pro controller is just that great to use. The buttons are very responsive and sticks are finely tuned when calibrated perfectly. If you want a edge in the game with comfort to boot, this is a must buy.

It works great! Feels good in the hands, buttons are solid with good tactile feedback. My only complaint is there were no instructions included. Not even a how-to-pair leaflet. I found what I needed on the web. It's not hard, but why keep the customer guessing?
