Mi kid love this control because is wireless but also has a built in rechargeable battery. Construction seems heavy duty and he really motive the difference and increased quality of the product. I should not have expected less considering the high cost when compared to similar products.

wonderful is the words that describe this controller. if you play a lot of games on the switch then this is one you need. lot easier and more enjoyable to play with these then those two separate controlers or the odd looking hand controler you have to slide them down into for a single controler. I have played used both options. Let me tell you this controler has helped me enjoy playing my switch a whole lot easier and more enjoying. Last is your hands cramp on the two controller that you have to slide then into. I have not had the cramping like I did with this controller. I pray this helps anyone who enjoys gaming.

My son has been a Nintendo Switch owner for almost 2 years, and while he loves the joy-con controller and grip overall, sometimes he prefer a more reliable and "traditional" controller. I finally picked this controller for him as Christmas gift ( only this Nintendocontroller can make him happy for this Christmas) . He was totally excited to see this controller as gift under tree. This is one of the most comfortable controllers he ever had, which increases the enjoyment of my Switch games even more. The battery life is good, the layout makes sense, and it has built in motion-sensors for gyro-scope aiming, which comes in handy for games like "Splatoon 2" and "Zelda: Breath of the Wild." The only major downside to this controller is that the button layout for the "pause" and "home" buttons took a bit of time for him to get used to, partially since the color scheme can make the buttons look similar. Other than that, hes totally in love with this controller. the battery life is good, and the controller itself is very comfortable. He recommends choosing this controller for your switch. Controller that feels great! The controller is a little pricey, but more than worth it for a gamer like my son.

THIS IS NOT A NINTENDO PRODUCT. Walmart is clearly labeling these as a Nintendo Official Pro Controller, however the one sold by HUFEN tongshanxiangongfenshangmaoyouxiangongsi IS NOT. I just received mine and on the box it exclaims that it is not a Nintendo product. I guess the $30 for this was too good to be true.

I haven't actually tried this yet, it's a Christmas present, but the package looked like it had been crushed or opened and re-taped, and the box itself was ripped and the controller was not in it's protective pouch. I am hoping were shipped a previously returned item that wasn't used. Fingers crossed it works fine. If all is good I'll return and amend the review.

Much better than the Joy- Cons that are built-in to the switch. Basically required for any serious gaming. I like that pressing any button wakes up the switch (when in the TV dock). Oh yea, you basically need a TV Dock as well. Once you use the Pro Controller and a TV dock, you won't use the switch in portable mode anymore.

This controller is the most comfortable controller I have ever used. It just feels really good in the hands. The controller is amazing for 3D games such as Mario Odyssey, Breath of the Wild, or Mario Kart. However, the major flaw is the Dpad placement. The dpad itself is fine, but the position of it is terrible. If you play many 2D games, I'd recommend the 8bitdo SN30 pro (plus). The pro is usually great for 2d games but if you want grips go for the plus. It's also much cheaper than the official Pro Controller, at $45 for the pro and 50 for the pro plus.

Recently, i got delivered my pro controller. It looked great when i unboxed it, but after a while of usage i started to notice a couple of things. The controller looks and feels well don't get me wrong but i noticed white chipping slowly coming out of the joysticks, then i checked the back panel of the controller, the Nintendo logo was off. It looked different than the actual Nintendo logo. Afterwards i checked the box, it doesn't show the Nintendo quality of seal which to me is very strange, it should have it. Looks can be deceiving, and for sure the controller did deceive me for a bit but i soon figured out it was a fake. I can't check if it has amiibo functionality since I don't own any amiibo myself. But otherwise it plays and feels great, very responsive but if it were real, I'd definitely give it a 4 or a 5, but looks can be deceiving so a 2 will do, thanks for reading. Best controller as it’s the original. Walmart is the best price and came faster than anything but driving to the store to get it myself. Perfect new condition. Son loves it. Highly recommend getting a small case for the remote to protect it. Coming from a mom of boys 😉

I received a fake controller. On my kitchen scale, a genuine OEM Nintendo Switch Pro Controller weighs about 250 grams and this item weighs about 220 grams. The buttons and triggers don't feel anywhere close to those on the real controller. Watch out, the USB identifier of this one and the real one are the same: 057e:2009, but they look and feel noticably different. Too good to be true. Shell out the $70 for a genuine OEM controller or consider looking at the used market.
