Bic soleil has 5 blades and their handles are percect for going around curves and nooks on my body. I really liked how smooth my skin felt afterwards I don't think I'll ever go back to a regular disposable razor after trying this. I have told a lot of my girl friends about it too. It's perfect for summer that's coming soon!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a current user of BIC disposable razors, I was eager to try the new Soleil Shine razor from my Bzz kit and see how it compared to the BIC Soleil Bella razor, which only has four blades. I have thick coarse hair that grows quickly so that I must shave daily, so I need a good razor that will give me a clean shave every time. Electric razors for women do not work for me since my hair is as thick as a man's, so I have always had to use disposable razors to get a clean smooth shave, and the more blades, the better. I have been using the Soleil Shine razor for about two and a half weeks now, and it is just now starting to get dull. I tend to use a razor as long as I can before throwing it out. Most of my other razors start to get rust on the blades after a few weeks, but I am not noticing rust on the Shine razor yet. For the first week, I was able to achieve a smooth, clean shave in one stroke, but now I have to go over my skin a few times to get rid of all the stubble. Five blades make the razor a bit wider than the four-blade razor, so it is a bit more difficult to shave the bikini area because of the width. The handle is comfortable to grip and does not slip easily, but the head is not as flexible as a four-blade razor since it is wider. I do wish the razors were sold in a 4-pack like other BIC razors so I would not have to buy them as often. I like the fact that the moisture strip is not slimy like a lot of other moisture strips. I like my razors to glide over my skin, but I do not like so much moisture that I feel slime on my skin as I shave. Overall, I am pleased with this razor and would recommend it to others. I would just like to buy them in a 4 pack for better value and would like the pivoting head to be a bit more flexible when shaving difficult-to-reach areas like the bikini area and underarm areas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Soleil is a fantastic razor for the legs. It leaves your legs so smooth. I drop other razors in the shower all the time, but the shape of this one was so unique that I never dropped it. There is nothing worse than trying to find a dropped razor under water while trying to keep the shaving cream from being washed off. The only detraction was in the shape of the razor head. The square shape and sharp corners made using the razor for the bikini line somewhat painful. I would prefer a razor that I can use for every area, however if you are looking for just a leg shaving razor Soleil should be your top choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The head doesn't pivot enough in my opinion, especially for going over areas like knees and shins. I do, however, like the 5 blades. My legs were very smooth without having to go over the same area twice. The design of the razor is nice also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the package a couple days ago. Today I tried it and was pleasantly surprised. I've had issues with razors in the past. One particular brand completely butchered my leg. So I was hesitant to try another brand instead of my usual brand. It does a great job and was very comfortable to use. I don't really care what color or scent a razor is as long as it does the job without bloodshed which this did. I would definitely recommend this produxt to others and plan to do so in the coming week.

I love the fact that they are so comfortable to use, they provide a really close shave and the the fact that I only have to go over my legs once to get that close shave. I will be purchasing them again in the future. Even my teenage daughter loves them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am terrible about slicing my legs when I shave so I have to be careful which razor I use. My husband is always fussing that disposable razors are very light and I will slice my leg off one day. But with these razors from Bic he is wrong! The handles are one of the heaviest in the disposable category that I have used. It's easy to hold and very comfortable to shave with. The head doesn't move or pivot so I do have to use extra caution when I'm shaving around my ankles or knees but that's with most razors. I was in the shower shaving and I was using my normal razor but I couldn't get my bikini areas smooth as I wanted so I switched to a Bic. I was very surprised to see it by by far surpassed my expectations and did what my usual razor couldn't. I didn't have to go over the area more than once for a smooth shave. Plus the head is a narrower than my other razor so it shaved the sides with ease. I experienced no irritation or razor burn from this razor. I will definitely be buying this razor again. I was very pleased with the way my skin felt after using.

To be honest I haven't really liked any of the BIC razors I have tried in the past but wow this razor completely exceeded my expectations and definitely changed my mind about BIC! It gave me a super close and smooth shave. The best part for me was that it worked great on all the areas that I shaved (I usually buy different brands for each area) but this razor shaved every area to perfection. It worked especially great on the bikini and underarm areas. I didn't have to go back and touch up any areas, I didn't get a single nic and I didn't get any skin irritation either which usually happens when I use disposables. The moisture strip held up pretty good as well, most other razors I have used the strip either chips away or dissolves after just one use and this one was hardly effected after I was finished shaving. The colorful handles are cute and have a pretty good grip on them. The pivoting head is great it lets you get into each curve nice and smooth without cutting you. I usually go for men's razors when buying disposables as I have had better luck getting a close shave with them but now I will definitely be switching to these, they are by far the best disposable women's razors I have tried yet! I normally have stubble the day after I shave sometimes even right after I get out of the shower if it's a cheap razor but with this razor it has been two days since I shaved and my legs feel like I just finished shaving them! Which is amazing because it gets pretty expensive when you have to shave every single day. These razors are so worth the price they are just amazing all around!

I could never bring myself to buy cartridges for my razors because they are so expensive & dull so quickly. The five blades are more than enough to keep my skin the most smooth they have ever been & the bright colors match my personality as a plus!
