If you are looking for a good, smooth, reliable razor, I would definitely recommend giving this BIC Soleil Shine Razor a try. With its pivoting head & 5 blades you get a comfortable, smooth, effective shave! My legs feel so smooth & I have no razor burns! Love this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn't come as a big surprise that this razor made by one of the premier razor manufacturers, Bic, has exceeded my expectations after using it for the past few days. I regularly shave my legs several times a week, and I have tried several different razors in the past. I have regularly used a 4-blade razor prior to trying the Bic Soleil Shine razor. I found the Bic Soleil Shine to be far superior to the 4-blade razor I was using before. First, I was able to get a closer shave with the Bic Soleil Shine without cutting myself. I also found that there was less irritation after shaving when I used this razor. Finally, I really liked the colorful handles, not that it matters for the shaving quality... Okay, this much was expected, but now for something unusual: my husband loves the razor! A little bit of history is in order. My husband doesn't like shaving but has to do it, in part for work, in part because his stubble is exceptionally sharp and irritating. Some time ago, he broke the razor he was using while shaving and reached for my razor (at the time I had been using Venus Glide). He was shocked at how much better shave he got using a women's" razor than with what was supposed to be a high end men's razor. He complained to me that us ladies have it much better with our razors and has since raided my own supply. So when he saw I was testing out BIC Soleil Shine (and that there were 2 razors in the package)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be honest I didn't see much a difference of using the 5 bladed Bic Soleil Shine Razor and my current razor which is a Gillette Mach 3 for men. Yes the Bic made my legs feel smooth but so does the Gillette. I thought with the more blades Id have a closer shave so I'd wouldn't have to shave every couple days but I still did.

They were effective and yet gentle, particularly to sensitive areas like the underarm. The colors were cute too! I had heard about these razors before, but would now be more inclined to recommend them to my friends and family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These colorful BIC Soleil Shine razors are excellent. The 5 blades allow me to faster and more efficiently. I don't have to go over the same area multiple times, avoiding razor burn altogether! The pivoting head must play a part in that too, getting areas I would often have to go over multiple times (i.e. ankle, etc...). This razor also has thick lubricating strips on both sides which increases the comfort of my shave, I haven't had any nicks even with the brand new razor! I would definitely recommend these razors. I have been using the BIC Soleil razors but know realize the valuable difference in the BIC Soleil Shine razors. I did receive these from bzzagent at no cost, for my review (albeit positive or negative). I would only share my honest opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the same BIC Soleil Shine razor for 4 weeks, and it still works as well as it did at the beginning. I shave every other day, so this razor got a lot of use. The blades are still clean and shiny (not rusted one bit) and I am still getting a smooth, comfortable shave every time I use it. I've never used a razor that lasted this long! I'm truly impressed by the quality!

This is by far the best product I have ever used and will definitely be buying this when I need a new one. My legs are still silky smooth even after that length of time of using it! I LOVE this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I was not too trusting of these razors because when you think Bic, you think lighters and pens and stuff like that. You don't think quality feminine hygiene product (or hygiene product at all!). I was a bit hesitant to try them out. But honestly, I'm glad I did. I'm a Gillette girl, or at least I was, and I barely ever used full disposable razors. I'm also a girl who's legs will grow stubble by the same or next day of a clean shave!! I mean what a struggle! Well, I finally got around to using the Bic Soleil Shine razors and didn't think I could possible be as impressed as I ended up being. It was the closest shave I've had in a very long time AND the stubble took quite a while to make a comeback. I found myself having to actually be more careful with the razor though, because I wasn't used to such a sharp blade anymore and ended up nicking my knees a few times. But hey, it doesn't hurt to be more attentive. I guess my only real criticism would be that they advertise a pivoting head, but to me there's not much pivoting going on. I kinda also wish they would come out with more colors because right now the Soleil Shine series seems to only come in yellow (eww). But color isn't that important. So I had a good experience trying them out but the moment I was sold for good was when I was at my boyfriend's house and did't bring my Bic razor, but I had a new and unopened Gillette one stored at his house. I opened it and used it and was shocked at how unsatisfied I was. I couldn't believe just how much that razor disappointed me. Then came the realization: I am now a Bic girl.

When I received the BIC Soleil Shine razor, the first thing I did was to hold it. It wasn't too bulky like most women's razors, and it wasn't too thin like men's. It fit in my hand very well. This got me excited, and I had to try it right away! I really liked that it had five flexible blades. Flexible is key here and is what I like most on men's razors. The moisturizing strip wasn't over done - no goopey mess dripping off the razor, making you wonder if you're even shaving anything. Just a good, clean shave. I wanted to try it a second time, but I had to wait a good two weeks before there was anything to shave again. Wow! And because it's such a bright, fun color, none of the males in the house will mistake it for their own. I am very pleased with the BIC Soleil Shine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the handle on the BIC Soleil Shine razors . It is colorful, easy to grip and does not slip out of your hands. I like the fact that it has five blades because the shave is very close with no stubble left behind, and the pivoting head makes it easy to shave around any curve, legs, underarms and bikini area. Because it has five blades it is very sharp and I always nick myself in several spots even with cream, so be very careful.
