[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been having razor woes. I tried a disastrous brand which left my legs still prickly even immediately after shaving. Then I switched to disposables which gave me my close shave... but sometimes it was a little TOO close and I got to play with my bandaid collection. BIC Soleil Shine razors give me the best of both world! I get my smooth shave and I'm not bleeding all over the tub. The razors stay sharp for a long time too! I've been using the same one for three weeks now and it's still going strong! I like how it fits in my hand, it's very easy to control without being bulky or so slender that it slips (causing me to find more bandaids.) My only issue is I'm not the hugest fan of the colors. I love a good yellow, but this yellow is more of an amber. It's not a particularly cheerful color. And I'm just tired of all my products automatically being pink. In a perfect world these razors would be teal or sunny yellow. But that's literally my only complaint. Cosmetically, I wish they were a different color. That's it. Other than that I'm the happiest of campers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tend to think the five blades is more or less a gimmick. It really doesn't mean all that much that there are five blades. I have used razors with one blade, three blades, four blades and a razor is a razor. It doesn't cut better just because it has more blades in my opinion. I found that this razor does cut well and it doesn't rust and get useless after a couple of shavings like other razors that I have purchased in the past. The moisture strip is good but it doesn't keep me from having to apply shaving cream or body wash to my legs prior to shaving. I found that it doesn't cut around knees all that well. It's better suited for the shaving of legs. I didn't have any skin irritation or razor burn from using it. The package is so wasteful that it almost hurts me to look at. Surely the company can do a better, less wasteful job than that.

The bright colors make it easy to spot and the plastic cap is secure and keeps garments and unsuspecting hands free from damage. The moisture strip was not adequate for me and I had irritation after shaving. I also found it difficult to clear the blades of hair which proved necessary in the midst of a shaving session. I would use the Soleil Shine as a travel razor, but it will not replace my normal five blade razor.

I noticed right away as I opened the box that the razors were attractive and the colors reminded me of summer. The pink and yellow handles had a rubber texture and the design of the handle made it very easy and comfortable to grip. The five blades and the pivoting head of the razor gave me a smooth, close shave. I only use disposable razors due to price, but they never achieve a smooth shave like the BIC Soleil Shine. I am sold! For the value, price, and quallity-you won't find a better razor than the BIC Soleil Shine!

I think 2 or 3 is definitely enough. Still, though, these work really well!! I got a really close shave. They also seem to stay pretty sharp, and don't dull very fast. The handle is nice, not slippery or hard to hold or anything. All in all, definitely a pretty good razor!

Five blades with a pivoting head worked excellent to ensure a smooth result (and no missed hairs). The rubber grip makes the razor easy to hold. Lightweight and simple design. Worked well with both shaving cream and regular soap. I was able to get multiple uses out of one razor. For a disposable razor these are definitely top of the line! I have experienced a smoother shave from a regular razor, but not from another disposable. Definitely recommended! This razor has 5 blades and I really do believe that it made a huge difference! I didn't struggle to get unwanted hair off and it left my skin feeling smooth, unlike other brands. It saved a lot of my time as well! What used to take me 2 hours, I can do in 20 minutes. I'm very pleased that I finally found a good razor that works for my skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this razor was great. I have tried many razors by the Bic brand so I already knew that it was a good brand of razor. The packaging was eye catching with the bright colors it'd easily be something to catch my eye in stores. It has the rubber grip which is perfect for using in the shower, keep me from dropping the razor in the bathtub (I am a klutz). What I loved most about this razor was the moisture strip. I have sensitive skin so the aloe and cocoa butter helps keep my skin from being irritated after using the razor. My skin felt great I got a close shave, no irritating razor bumps, and my legs look amazing!! I did give out my second razor for my sister to try but I can't wait to purchase another box to use! I Definitely enjoyed trying out this razor and Bic again has reminded me how great their brand of razors are!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i really like the bic soleil shine razors. compared to other razors i have used , they work really well against the skin, no irritation and im left with a smooth flawless finsh each time . the 5 blades is a plus, provides a closer shave. definietly recommend.
