The five blades give you an excellent up close shave. The ergonomic handle makes it easy to grip giving you a smooth shave every time. The moisture strip keeps your legs from becoming over dry. I loved these razors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my BIC Soleil Shine razors in and I love them. They are bright and colorful. The handle is shaped for comfort. I was kinda scared about the 5 blades (my comfort zone is two), but these worked great. And I didn't cut myself once. Haha. I will definitely be buying these in the future and will be suggesting these to anyone that asks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been shaving with the BIC Soleil Shine now for 3 days and, compared to the two other razors in my cupboard, I'm unimpressed. While there's nothing horrible or irritating about this razor, there's also nothing remarkable that would compel me to purchase it exclusively. The two disposable razors I use the most often are the Gillette Venus and my husband's Gillette Mach 3. To keep from rambling, I'll cut it to you straight. Was it comfortable? Yes. More comfortable than either Gillette? No. Did it give me a close shave? Yes. Closer than either of my other two razors? Yes and no. It was comparable to the Venus and a smidge better than the men's Mach 3. I'm basing this on the amount of stubble the day after shaving. I typically have to shave daily. With the BIC Soleil Shine, I stayed smoother a bit longer, but only by half of a day, I'd say. Did the pivoting head make a huge difference? Maybe compared to a man's disposable razor - getting under and over the knee was easier than with the Mach 3 but similar to the Venus action. The pivoting head wasn't anything I was blown over by, though, because the Venus pivots as well. I think that's more typical of a woman's razor. Did the five blades made a difference? Again, I think the shave was as comfortable and close as any other disposable razor I've tried. Did the conditioning strip make a huge difference? It IS conditioning, but on the second day, it had worn down enough that my skin was stinging while shaving (wet) and the strip wasn't helping. I suppose if you toss the razor after each shave, it's an awesome conditioning strip, but I think most people prefer to use for a week or so before tossing. The packaging was adorable... but I can't say I would buy a product based on the packaging if the function is no better or worse than its competitors. Would I buy more BIC Soleil Shine Razors? Maybe. I wouldn't avoid them intentionally. They're more expensive than both of my current choices, though, so they won't be my first pick. *I've attached a close up of my calf about 30 hours after shaving.

The handle is very smooth, and when you actually use it in the shower it wont slip out of your hand. I am surprised at how amazing this product is and what an amazing shave it gave me. This product is definitely worth using all the time.

The pivoting head made for an easy shave, especially around the knees. The five blades helped to give an extremely close shave and left my skin so silky and smooth. The comfort of the razor made it super easy to use. I especially loved that I didn't have to shave as often. My legs stayed smoother longer than with the other razors I was using. A great razor with cute color choices that gives an amazingly close shave--the new BIC Soleil Shine has it all. This razor is fantastic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first thing I noticed about the Bic Soleil Razor, was the grips on the blaze cover. It can be a bit of a pain to slide those suckers off sometimes. The grips definitely make it easier! I use a non foaming shave cream, which I think paired nicely with the razor. The moisture strips provided ample comfort. The blades were very flexible, considering I did not cut myself once. Whenever I first use a new razor, I enevitably cut myself. It was nice not having to bandage myself or feel the awful sting in the bath tub!
