The handle is very smooth, and when you actually use it in the shower it wont slip out of your hand. I am surprised at how amazing this product is and what an amazing shave it gave me. This product is definitely worth using all the time.

The close shave silky smooth skin no irritation it's amazing! I have been waiting for a razor like this! I have tried so many different razors and never been pleased until this came along! My daughter can use also and absolutely loves it as well! We were using men's razors to try and get that close shave no irritating after and Etc but not even close to how this leaves your skin feeling! I'm soooooo happy I was able to be a part of this and try these razors! I'm stuck in these for life!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a loyal BIC Soleil customer for longer than I can remember, but this was my first time using the newest upgrade in this line. The Soleil Shine razor is really just that, an upgrade to the original. As I have come to expect from this line, the razor handle and form is well designed for a nice, smooth comfortable shave. The five blades really do get the job done and, for me, the five blade upgrade has resulted in shaving less often, and who doesn't want to not have to shave their legs every other day?!?! Like my previous Soleil razors I have no doubt this one will last and continue to be effective for quite a while. I have occasionally cheated on my Soleil razor and have always come running back and I have no doubt, I'll feel the same way about this new razor. The little moisture strip is a really nice touch (and this seems to be the only razor brand I've gotten that actually stays moist for a long time without getting gross).

No need to go over the same spot a bunch of times. This razor cuts down my shaving time and gives me silky smooth legs!

After that it started to really irritate me but to be fair I do have pretty sensitive skin. This product gave me razor burn. It's not a product I would buy regularly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the Bic Soleil Shine gives me a closer shave than my previous four blade razor. Previously I used two razors to get the job done, one for my legs (which had a bulky head) and one for other" areas. The Bic Soleil Shine is great for all areas. After a few passes I got the feel for the amount of pressure needed. The handle is comfortable and has slip resistant rubber in the perfect spots for your thumb and forefinger. The rubber on the head helps pull the hair up

However, I did not have that experience with this product! The shave is extremely close and allows me to get around the more difficult areas, such as the knees and ankles. Even with the sharp blade, I did not experience any cuts when using it. Instead of leaving my legs dry, this product left my legs feeling soft and moisturized. I will be buying this product again and letting my friends know that this is the perfect product for summer!

I can start AND finishy shaving duties with not 3, not 2, but only ONE of these razors! 5 blades!!! Oh yes that makes it so much better, comfort??? Yes, it has that too! I can easily hold this razor as it pivots along perfectly!

The head pivots just enough to follow the curves of my skin, but it doesn't flop around like some other brands. The color is super fun and the handle is ergonomic and has perfectly placed grips. The five blades gave me an unbelievably close shave without any cuts or razor burn. My legs are so ready for spring thanks to BIC Soleil Shine razors!
