I used to think it didn't matter, and was always buying super cheap disposables. I've definitely changed my story now. It really does make a difference. I feel like I've gotten a smoother shave now than ever before and it shaves faster too since you only need to go over the skin one time to get that close of a shave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I absolutely love the bright yellow and pink handles; the bright colors make mornings something to be excited about! Secondly, these razors are extremely comfortable; I've been using my first one for about 5 days now and I haven't gotten a single nick yet. Other razors usually make my legs feel dry and itchy after shaving, but this one actually makes my legs feel moisturized and smooth. What I really appreciate about these razors is the fact that I only need to shave over an area once to remove the hair; I've found with past razors I've used that I need to go over and area several times to remove all the extra stubble. The only thing that I found slightly confusing the first time I used these was removing the razor guard. It took me several minutes to realize that it slid off from the side instead of opening from the top. However, that is a minor thing compared to the quality of these razors. I know that I will purchase these as my go-to razors in the future, and I would definitely pay more for the quality of these over a cheaper brand that won't last as long.

The five blades in the Bic Soleil Shine got through all my leg hair with no problem. I had no irritation afterward either. The handle was very easy to hold and the nice pivoting head meant that I did not cut myself. Love it love it love it.

The moisturizing strip was super thin and didn't offer much. Honestly, it might as well not have even been there. The BIC Soleil Shine gave me a close enough shave, but not better than my Venus. The pivoting head was a bit stiff. I would buy these to keep on hand for vacation disposables, but it won't replace my Venus.

I love love love this razor, the 5 blades are great and not to mention it has a moisture strip with Aloe and Cocoa Butter. I mean its GREAT!! Made my beach trip even better because I don't have to worry about how my legs look.

We all dread that point when we bust out the shorts and skirts because it requires a little more upkeep. This razor does a great job, shaves well, and doesn't miss spots so you don't spend forever shaving getting the smooth legs you hope for. This razor does the job, does it well, and takes the work out of smooth legs. Highly recommend!

I didn't know how having 5 blades as opposed to the 2 I usually use was going to help but it did! I didn't feel the hair pulling at all like I did with my old razors.
