I was excited to get mine because it looks very attractive, ergonomical and promised to give a close shave, even though I wasn't too sure about the name of the product.....how do you pronounce soleil" anyway? The first two times I used it I was impressed. A closer shave than I can remember having with other products

I finally found the perfect razor. I can carry it easily and with the moisterizing strip my legs end up feeling smooth and looking great. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few things you need to know about the BIC Soleil Shine razor... -it has 5 blades - extra close shave -moisture strip - can shave with just soap and not shaving cream -pivoting head - hugs the curves of your legs and under arms -rubber handle grip - razor doesn't slip our of your hands I really put this razor to the test! I went 2 weeks not shaving my legs, and 5 days without shaving my armpits. I shaved with soap, no shaving cream, and didn't get any razor burn. I also didn't have to go over any spot more than once to make sure that the razor had gotten everything. This was one of the smoothest shaves ever. I can't stop touching my legs. You seriously have to try this razor and be amazed like I was.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that BIC Soleil is the greatest. What a great product. Gave me a nice close cut b/c of the 5 blades and pivoting head. Most razors have left me with dry rough skin but my legs were super silky.

Now I have tried these razors with 5 blades...and I LOVE them. I don't know if I can be back to the 4 blade razors. I couldn't rave about them any more to some of my coworkers or customers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the new BIC Soleil Shine razor and was surprised how far The BIC brand had came in home nice their razors were from the last time I used them. I felt as if I got a very close shave and it was very nice to handle. I was disappointed in the pivoting head. I felt it was very stiff and wasn't as easy to maneuver over some areas unlike other pivoting heads that make it easy. I think maybe they should make the pivoting head a little less stiff and BIC would have an amazing disposable razor!

I like the bic Soleil razor because it's something that I can easily throw into my gym bag or into a overnight bag and depend on it's ability to cut close it. It would be my go-to Razor for camping or for the spur-of-the-moment trip. Overall I really like the product and its ability to make my legs smooth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As luck would have it, the razor I was using right before starting this BIC Soleil Shine was an older model of BIC Soleil. This was lucky because I didn't particularly like that razor, but I would better be able to compare the Soleil Shine shave versus the Soleil's. I've never been a big BIC fan, and I was just using up my reserve of razors. At first glance, the major differences I could see between this razor and the one I had just thrown away was that this has five blades and it was a nicer, rosier color. Well, five blades made all the difference! I'm not sure if I've ever tried a five blade razor, but I couldn't believe what a smooth shave the Soleil Shine gave me, and with using almost no pressure! The shave was smoother (with very little prep) and my legs feel kind of luxurious now! Let's just say, normally I wouldn't consider buying BIC over Gillette or Schick. If I continue to be satisfied with my BIC Soleil Shine (and I have no reason to think I wouldn't be), I would definitely buy it.. and quite possibly over Gillette and Schick! This is a game changer.
