[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I happen to love this razor. The first time shaving, it left my legs smooth, and shaved very well. I have thick, coarse hair, and had shaved my winter hair off with it! Even with the long hair, it didn't clog the blades like some razors have issues with. I love the yellow handled one, not everything girly needs to be pink! I would buy this razor again!

I was skeptical about the BIC Soleil Shine, but it was time to switch my razor, so I thought I would give it a shot. I was convinced immediately. The five blades meant I didn't have to go over any area twice and it was such a close shave! (I hadn't shaved in a few days!!) This was true for my legs and armpits! I am a true convert.

I shave on a daily basis and I was very impressed with the closeness of the shave and the way my legs felt after. I lotion daily as well and I found that I did not experience any razor burn or discomfort like I have with some other razors. I also found the handle to be very comfortable to hold.

I always have such a difficult time finding a good razor because I have sensitive skin but BIC Soleil Shine has really surprised me and over exceeded my expectations. I was amazed at how smooth and effortless this razor moved as I was shaving. In the past with other razors I would sometimes have to go over an area just to make sure it was nice and smooth but I did not need to do that with this one. The five blades really worked its magic and made my skin super smooth the first time around. BIC Soleil Shine has definitely won me over.

The hair on my head is down past my waist so you can only imagine what happens to my legs. I was stoked to be getting a free razor. So stoked, that I went the extra mile just for y'all to show you just what this thing can do! I let the hair on my legs grow out all week (talk about being dedicated) I think my husband was starting to wonder if I was ever going to shave, the good news is I did, and I took pictures during the process. (Yes, I'm just awesome like that) I'll be honest and say that I wasn't expecting such a close shave! I wanted to use the BIC Soleil Shine to it's full potential. If it could give me a close shave on thick hair that had grown out, then it could withstand anything. I have to say that it came, it saw, and it conquered! The BIC Soleil Shine razor has it all. Finally a cute razor in girly colors that does the job of a manly razor. It feels comfortable in your hand with the rubber grips and you don't have to manipulate it to get to those hard to reach spots. I absolutely loved this razor, and may I add it not only gave me a close shave, but it lasted for days before anything started growing again. Usually with regular cheap razors I end up having to shave every day. Not with this one. I will be buying myself some of these in the future. Take a look at the process in my pictures (not intended for the faint hearted, the hair on my legs got slightly out of control in a weeks time).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i recently tried BIC soleil shine disposable razor, heres my thoughts: the razor its self is quite cute. its attractive to the eye & very colorful. it features 5 blades and a safety cap that slides on and off the blade easily. i think the quality of this item and the price are not bad. i do think this would have been better with a moisture strip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product last week and noticed right away that the aesthetic was very pleasing. There are a total of 5 blades which in turn gives a great close shave. One of the things I would tweak is maybe replacing the top plastic part above the top razor with a soap bar. I felt like the blades didn't glide easily even with the shaving cream I used. Because it didn't glide it almost felt like their was resistance if that makes any sense. Also, I prefer my handles to have a rubber/silicone overlay so it gives it the extra grip. That's my personal preference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i think that this product is a good start to the 5 blade razor from bic. The blade looked good, nothing to fancy, plain and simple. i noticed the actual razor head didn't move to much. i normally like when razor heads move and rotate cause it gets a better shave and prevents nicks and cuts. so i took note of that. i waited a couple of days to shave, just so i can have something to shave and to see how well it shaves. The first shave was a little rough. i noticed some burning after i got out of the shower. a couple cuts and some razor burn. It wasn't BAD, but it wasn't good. i decided to try it again because maybe i didn't use enough shaving cream or i just went to fast? So the second time around went smoother. I didn't get any cuts but i did get a little bit of razor burn in the shin part of my leg. other than that the actual shave, where it takes the hair off, was pretty good. It took all the hair off and didn't leave any pricklys. The razor didn't give me that bad of razor burn. i mean, don't get me wrong razor burn sucks, but i have had some pretty bad razor burn, and this was really mild. I would suggest getting a rotating head for the razor. the would prevent the nicks and cuts from happening and maybe the razor burn. maybe the spacing of the actual razors might help with the razor burn. Over all, i would rate this 3 outta 5. Its a good start to a 5 bladed razor, but it could use some improvments.

They give a perfectly smooth and comfortable shave, last longer than my other disposables, and have a great price! I have tossed my old Razors and have converted to the Bic Soleil Shine!
