I remember as a teenager buying their single blade razors and spending what felt like an eternity shaving my legs. The Bic Soleil Shine is a high quality disposable razor, perfect for travel and gym bags. The handle is lightweight, ergonomic and colorful. With five blades this razor is sure not to miss any hairs. The razor has a hydrating strip that follows behind the last blade, leaving a smooth finish. In front of the five blades is a rubber strip, I don?t love this, honestly I wish this were a hydrating strip too because it prevents the razor from gliding as smoothly as I think it could. The pivoting head was great for under arms and knee caps. At some point my friends and I had come to the consensus that men?s razors were better suited for general shaving. The Bic Soleil has convinced me that there is a decent ladies razor on the market, five blades, hydrating strip, and bright, fun colors! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was able to test out BIC Soleil Shine razors thanks to a free sample from BIC. I'm so glad I was able to test this product! Though I've shaved for nearly 30 years, I've never really had a clue about razors or how to pick a good one. The handle is wide enough and contoured for a comfortable grip. There is also a nice cap that slides on rather than snaps. The cap is more durable than average and less likely to break or get lost. The best part of the razor is the smooth shave. It really glides for a comfortable shave. More comfortable than any other disposable razor I've used! And finally...the knees. Isn't shaving your knees the worst? Notorious for nicks and almost always upon leaving the shower you see big spots of hair you missed? The five blades really do adjust to the contours of your shape and knees are no exception. I came out of the shower with no random patches of hair on my knees for possibly the first time in my life. I am very pleased with this product and will definitely use it again!

They have a great grip handle and even when wet you wont lose your grip. I dropped mine several time inbetween shaving and managing my toddlers lol.They made my legs shine and were so silky smooth!!! Telling all my friends to try them now that summer is right around the corner!

I'm not exactly sure the life expectancy of a disposable shaver but I do know I've gotten more use out of other brands . This razor is fantastic on the first shave. It hugs very close to the skin . Gives you silly smooth, stuble free legs and whtevet else you shave. I was disappointed to not enjoy the same beautiful shave the 2nd time I used the razor. If these are just meant for a one time gig then they are great !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the BIC Soleil Shine a few weeks ago and have been using them every 2-3 days ever since! I usually cut up my knee area with the normal razor I get, it is a BIC disposable but it only has 3 blades , I believe. I shaved right over my knee with no cuts, first time in a long time that has happened!! I also liked that when I (sometimes) shaved my arm pits dry it didn't cause razor burn. I only do this when I'm in a huge rush so it's not often but I usually will get razor burn after but the BIC kept me hairless and burn free. When choosing this type of razor, make sure you compare blades. I did not think that 5 blades would make a huge difference but it definitely did. My best friend ALWAYS gets razor burn.. and she buys the most expensive Venus razor she could find and still got nicks. I gave her two coupons to go out and buy some of these and she said they worked better for a 1/3rd of the price!!! I thought that was pretty awesome. I will definitely be sticking to these for at home and when I'm traveling.

I've used disposable razors in the past but they didn't impress me so I always ended up stealing my husband's expensive razor with the replaceable blades. These disposables razors are amazing ! The 5 blades offers precision shaving which leaves you're legs nick free. I never thought I would be excited about a razors performance but this exceeded my expectations. When I saw it was disposable I didnt expect to get the results that I did. If you are like me and don't necessarily use shaving gel this is for you. You don't miss using shaving gel because your skin is left smooth and glowing. This razor is very well made and definetly doesn't disappoint. Dont believe me try it for yourself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to get this razor as my legs have been neglected pretty bad over winter. I usually use my husbands razors since they get a closer shave and have more blades. Well, this pretty little razor does the trick and the hubs is happy to have his own back. It gets a close shave and is easy to handle in the slippery shower. It did tug at my skin a little, so I wish there was a little more lubricant on the top strip. After I used lotion I was good to go! I like the razor and hope to have continued good results.
