[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I opened all the plastic packaging I was a bit surprised that it wasn't recyclable. I think the Soleil zshibe could be packaged more environmentally friendly. It seems such a waste. That aside, when I opened the package the pink razor was cute but the yellow just looked too much like my dad's old disposable Bic razors. No big deal though, how does it work? I have to say I didn't think the razor glided as smoothly on my legs as some others and at first I was afraid I was going to cut my legs. I started to feel more comfortable and discovered that despite my apprehension, even though the head doesn't pivot as much as l like it really gave me a great shave. Cosmetics aside, it delivers a grest shave for the price.

I was hoping they would live up to my expectations and they totally did! It's the closest shave I've ever got from a disposable razor and comparable to my exspensive razors. The pivoting head helps to reach places that some miss. I wasn't left with stray hairs on my knee. Love these for traveling! Will definetly continue using and telling my friends!

The moisturizing strip allowed me to skip adding lotion afterwards which freed up more time for this busy mama of two! Not sure I'll ever buy another type of razor again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the BIC Soleil Shine but not as much as my current razor. You want my my honest opinion so here it is: *Colors are cute and after a while in the shower still wasn't showing any water stains or soap scum marks like my Venus razor. *The angle of the razor isn't bad but doesn't really adjust to kneecaps or ankles so be ready to do a little contorting to reach the tricky areas. *The handle is nice and wide. However, very slick and not really any grip help. *The head is very small, even with 5 blades, and doesn't provide much before and after irritation guard. However, those 5 blades are super sharp! *I personally prefer the 3 blade razors not the 5. The more blades, the more times you're actually going over the same spot and the more chance for irritation. I find that I get the same closeness with 3 blades or 15 but I get more red bumps in my armpits the more blades I have. *Packaging wasn't bad but not exactly compact if you're traveling without taking them out of the original packaging All in all, this is for you if you want compact non-refillable razor. Maybe for camping or travel in my book. I wouldn't be upset losing/leaving it but it would still get the same effect as home.

I was thinking about getting her a razor when this Bzz campaign started- which was perfect timing! I checked out the razor when it arrived and it looked so nice. Grippy handle, pivoting neck, multiple blades, moisture strip, fun colors. So I gave one to her to try, and she reported no problems. Smooth shave, no cuts. What more can you ask for?

I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a clean shave with great control. As for the question, ?What would I want to know before I get this product?? - I would want to know if it has good control and cuts the hair as close to the follicle as possible, and it does - that is what I look for most in my razors. This is the first razor I have ever used that gives such a good shave that I can now go a couple of days more without shaving, free of redness and I have great control to get all those hard to reach places... it's like going to a personal waxer! I would not recommend anything I haven't personally tested and I love this product!

I usually have to spend a lot of money on my razors to get a good close shave, but this one did the job and I didn't get any nicks either. I'm going to stock up on these.

They kept my legs looking a lot smoother than many of the other products that I have tried. I would definitely buy this product again, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth shave.
