[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BIC Soleil Shine razor worked very well for me. I usually get at least one nick even being super careful but none with this razor. I had a very close shave leaving me with super smooth skin. I didn't have any issues going over the same area at different angles and directions with this razor. I really like it and recommend it to anyone who is prone to getting cuts and nicks but wants a close shave.

In the last year it was discontinued and my husband suggested just getting the men's alternative. It was much cheaper for the same end result. I've been using his brand to minimize double purchases in the house and really enjoy the close shave of a men's 5 blade razor. Unfortunately, they are flimsy and don't hold up as long as the blades do. Despite this, I can't see myself going back to the women's alternative since there really isn't anything comparable. UNTIL NOW! Enter, the Bic Soleil Shine. It is the perfect blend of everything I wanted in a razor but haven't been able to find. It is sturdy, I can towel dry it without it falling apart on me or snapping into 2 useless pieces. It has 5 blades and gives me the closest shave since my husband's razor. It even has a moisturizing strip that lasts as long as its blades. My favorite part? The beautiful colors! I'm so sick of ugly, grey men's razors. I love my pink Bic Soleil Shine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, the flexible blades idea is brilliant. I loved that the razor adjusted to the contours of my legs so nicely. The handle was a comfy one to grip while shaving. But my poor legs received an awful case of razor burn every time I used this razor, and it didn't matter what shaving products or moisturizer I used in tandem with it. I think if I had less sensitive skin this would have been a home run for me, but I can't work with itchy, bumpy legs. Especially in the summer. :-/

At first I was unsure why exactly I would need five blades, but I was excited about the pivoting head since I have several scars on my legs from my childhood that always seem to end up nicked. Boy, was I happy when the pivoting head meant more give around my knees and my scars contouring around my legs. I always were dresses or skirts and on more then one occasion have found inquisitive kindergartners asking about the tiny marks on my legs. But with the 5 blades and pivoting head this was no longer an issue. Whats better is the colorful handle makes it look better if left out when company comes calling, especially unexpectedly. It allows me to really enjoy my freshly shaved legs between my satin sheets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am completely sold on this product. Most razors leave my legs dry and somewhat ashy after use, this didn't at all. This product paired alongside my EOS shave lotion gave me the best shave of my life!!! The color of the product is a plus, it suits the spring/summer feel perfectly. It's hard to find a close shave that doesn't tear your legs to pieces, however, this product does just that. The make of the razor is a plus!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used a five blade razor in my daily shaving routine. I chose to use the pretty pink handled razor first. When I shaved my arm pits in the shower, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the hold, the grip and the shave were. I did my usual one down and one up and found my pits to be the smoothest I have ever shaved them! It glided over all the curves and contours of my body easily. Now, this was simply using soap, mind you! My legs were a little more stubborn, but I think that had I been using shaving cream in a luxurious bath they would have been smoother. As far as my armpits were concerned I really couldn't have asked for more! I will definitely be using this in the summer while it is tank top and bathing suit season. My previous encounters have been full of horrible razor burn, nicks, and cuts. The BIG Soleil Shine gave me the closest, smoothest shave I've ever had with little to NO razor burn!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a disposable razor it provides a really close shave and has a nice handle for grip however I wish that the head of the razor was disposable it seems a waste to toss the whole thing. It doesn't pivot as much as the Venus razors and I wish it had a better moisturizing strip. The packaging was difficult to open, I wish there was a perforated opening. It's a little surprising they use the same size packaging for 2 razors as they do for 4. Pros: Great shave Cons: wasteful/ hard packing to open, lack of descent moisture strip, & stiff pivoting head I received this product as a part of a promotion from the brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When you want to feel comfortable showing off your legs weather in a bathing suit or a beautiful dress I suggest using the BIC� Soleil Shine? razor. I got to trial it through buzz agent and was really pleased with the results. I didn't worry about any Missed hairs because of the five blades working individually to the contours of my skin. The moisture strip with aloe and cocoa butter prevented any hint of razor burn. It all added up to a feeling of confidence and comfort post winter season.
