[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially was excited, and had high hopes for the Bic Soleil Shine razor. I haven't been too thrilled with my razors lately, and the idea of a new 5 blade razor left me hopeful. The razor has a fun, colorful, handle, and the package allows you to only only one side at a time. However, once I actually used the razor, I wasn't too thrilled. I had worse razor burn and received more cuts and nicks than I have in years. The moisture strip is pretty small and barely does anything to help. I gave it a few more tries and it wasn't as bad of an experience as the initial one, but still not great. It's better than a 2 or 3 blade razor in a pinch, but I think I'll be continuing my razor search for one that's more moisturizing and less likely to give me cuts or nicks.

I even used it for my underarms and this razor was able to shave my sensitive skin without any pain. Don't waste time with your old three blade razor. Buy this BIC Soleil Shine razor and you will ditch your old razors!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't usually use disposable razors cause they leave my skin chewed up and bleeding,but try the new pretty BIC SoleilShineSmooth, it left my skin baby smooth all over I loved it,I found my self rubbing my legs all night! It seem to glide across with such easy not catching in stubble but cutting through.the handle fit nicely in my hand and in such pretty colors of pink and yellow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A few months ago I stood in the shaving isle at Kroger and wondered why the men's razors had 4 and 5 blades but most of the women's razors contained only 3 blades. The new BIC Soleil Shine had 5 blades! I tried it last night and my legs are so smooth. Best of all I shave quick and I didn't cut myself at all. This is the perfect razor. It is my new favorite. It comes in a two pack and has a comfort strip to make it guide easily over the shin bone and knee areas.

I can honestly say that I will never use something with less that 5 blades again. The smoothness that is achieved is so effortless and makes for a quick shave. It also makes it more enjoyable to have the bright colored handles to make shaving less boring.

It has 5 blades so you have to pass over the skin less times, which meant I had less irritation when I was finished. I used mine to shave my legs and they were super smooth after without any redness or scratching.

I used to think it didn't matter, and was always buying super cheap disposables. I've definitely changed my story now. It really does make a difference. I feel like I've gotten a smoother shave now than ever before and it shaves faster too since you only need to go over the skin one time to get that close of a shave.

I usually have to shave the same area 2 or 3 times to make sure I got all the hair not with the BIC Soleil Shine, the 5 blades and pivoting head gives the best shave you can ask for.. What would I want to know before buying this product? I would want to know if it's really worth the money and does it really work as well as they say... And the answer is YES!!! I have other disposable razors and none of them compare to the BIC Soleil Smooth razors.. I usually cut myself every time I shave, but not with the BIC Soleil Smooth.. I will definitely buy them in the future.. Love the colorful and comfortable handles, great grip and fits nicely with no slipping..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the 5 blade option on the Bic Soleil Shine. They really did give me a closer shave than the razors with 3 blades I have been using. I think that they make it easier to go longer between shaving as well, which is always a good thing for me. The aloe and cocoa butter infused strips are much nicer than the ones that smell like medicine in men's razors. The pivoting head is something that I rarely notice about a razor, yet I appreciate the comfort it gives being able to shave around my knees and ankles. The handle was a bit bigger than I would like because I have smaller hands, and I had to keep switching. That was really the only negative, but it wasn't enough to make me like the razors any less. Overall, I would recommend the Bic Soleil Shine for women who want more blades and more control over shaving.
