[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to get rid of my nasty, hairy winter legs with a shave with my new Bic Soleil Shine razor. The first thing I did was to crack open the package...well, not so fast...the package was a pain in the butt to open! There was no way to just peel the plastic back. I had to end up poking the plastic in with a nail file! But after I did get them open they were amazing! Super-smooth shave - much better than the store brand I have been using. Left my legs quite silky (although with a few little nicks because the blades are so sharp!) I also love the ergonomically-shaped handle. It fits nicely in my hand and allowed me to get smooth shave. Would have given it 5 out of 5 except for that terrible packaging!

But I must say, after trying the Soleil, you have won me over Bic... I am no longer afraid of the nics. This razor givers you one of the smoothest shaves you will ever experience. I used it for both my lower and upper legs as well as my underarms.

I had a older version of this bic soleil razor and had been using it for over year and it was still sharp and had moisture strip! Sometimes i didn't even use shaving cream and it never knicked my skin. I like the thicker grip handles they have now, the bright summer colors they come in and it didn't chaff or snag my skin(my arm pits are bumpy). I will be long time user!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't see any difference with these and the three blade disposable razors I typically use which is sort of disappointing. I didn't get a super smooth finish but they did not irritate me at all so that's a plus.

It's comfortable to hold in and when I was done my legs felt so amazingly soft and smooth. I will definitely continue to use these. Thank u so much BZzzz Agent!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love bic soleil razors however I was disappionted in this one because it did not have a moving head which I think is important to get the best shave possible. Also even having an extra blade I still got cut. This does not happen with the other one. I wish it was better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't usually buy nice razors, so I was excited to try the BIC Soleil Shine razors to see what I've been missing. The bright colors of the razors caught my attention immediately. I liked the way the handle fit into my hand. Although I have fine hair that is easy to shave, I was impressed that the 5 blades provided an even smoother and closer shave than I am used to. My legs tend to be very dry after shaving, so I appreciated the moisture strip. I don't worry about razor burn at all with this razor. I'm looking forward to my next shower and shave!

Never tried a five blade razor before but now I'm hooked and hooked to BIC!! I have kids so it made shaving in the shower possible, thank you so much!

The razor head has slight movement which is nice but it doesnt pivot as much as some other razors Ive used. It gets a pretty close shave but for some reason the razor seems to bother me. I dont have sensitive skin and have even used very cheap razors with no lubricating strip like this one has. The razor left bumps on some parts of my skin. It doesnt really seem to be razor burn just irritated and itchy. Ive also noticed I have a few ingrown hairs which Ive never gotten with any other razor. I have the same problem with the Bic Simply Soleil but seemed to be okay with a few of Bics other razors. Besides the irritation I think it would be a good razor. The packaging and razor itself look good. The colors are fun.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleased with the performance of the razor. First, the handle is amazing. There are two separate grip areas on the handle with a textured patch to place your thumb or forefinger so that it doesn't just slip out of your hand. That is a major plus especially if you're like me and shave while you're in the shower. The pivoting head is great because it's much easier to get around problem areas like your ankles or behind the knees. The five blades give a much closer shave than the two blade razors I am accustomed to.
