My legs were very smooth when I was done. I can't believe how good they are, I have used other razors in the past and never got as close a shave as this. I may be able to skip a day in my routine of shaving. I am very happy to have gotten this razor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks to the free sample I got I was able to try the Bic Soleil Razors. 5 blades are better than 2. No, seriously. The five blades give you an excellent up close shave. The ergonomic handle makes it easy to grip giving you a smooth shave every time. The moisture strip keeps your legs from becoming over dry. I loved these razors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These razors are definitely different than my usual Bic Soleil Glow razors. The head is much smaller, which scared me at first, because I'm so used to the guiding head that provides a smooth run. The razors are, as usual for Soleil products, very attractive with their bright colors. I noticed that each side of the razor has a lubricating strip, which is very important to me! I used it to shave both my underarms and legs. At first, I felt as though the razor was a little rougher on my skin, but I think that was just because there was no large guiding head. The blades feel super sharp, and got the job done rather quickly! With 5 blades instead of 3 or 4, I didn't need to go over any spots on my legs at all, and my underarms much less than usual. I did get a hint of the pivoting head, especially when shaving my underarms, but I don't think it did much to make the shave better. I had no knicks or cuts, and no razor burn, either. The handle is comfortable, with a no-slip grip like all Soleil razors I have used. These razors get the job done without any injury, but I think I will stick with the Soleil Glow, as I just feel more comfortable with them. I don't think these razors were anything special, but good enough.

I used to be a loyal customer to the other big name-brand razors (both the disposable and the refillable). I got the opportunity to try out the Bic Soleil Shine as I am a lucky BzzAgent and #GotItFree! #SoleilShineSmooth It shaves just as close, if not closer, than my ex-favorite brand (I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post their name but I'm sure most of you probably know whom I'm referring to?). What I REALLY love about this Bic razor is the lack of all that slimy mess the other kind leaves behind! Since razor companies started making them with 3 or more blades they also started putting the 'slime-bars' on them for a decrease in the drag, etc. I DID appreciate that extra tidbit but not the excess, almost repulsive slime. This Soleil razor does NOT do this to me...Whoot! Whoot! I leave my shower with legs that r smooth as a baby's bottom and not covered in the post-shave goo like before! I'm so happy to have had the chance to try this because I don't believe I would've ever tried it otherwise since I thought the one I was using was fine (other than the goo, anyway).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I finally got to try out the BIC� Soleil Shine disposable razor, after getting it a few weeks ago, and I like the five blades on it. It's easier to shave cause you don't have to go over the same area twice because it shaves really well unlike some razors were you have to go over the area more than once because it misses the same area. I have sensitive skin and it didn't irritate my skin, it was comfortable. I like the colorful handle and overall it did good.

However, I have found that they rust very quickly even with the cap on the head of the razor. That's the only reason I give this a 4 rating. I did go to the store to purchase more and they were very easy to find at Kroger in the beauty aisle by the soaps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If i were at the store looking at the shelf brimming with all sorts of razors, I don't know that I would pick out the BIC Soleil Shine. Not because it isn't a good product (it is!), but because visually it doesn't seem all that different from the other, cheaper, disposable razors. The packaging and design of the product really kind of camouflage this great razor in the midst of all the other okay razors. It kind of does a disservice to the high performance of this five blade wonder. I loved using this razor! Not only did it leave me so incredibly smooth with no razor irritation, but I noticed that I didn't have to shave as frequently. Because of the closeness of the shave, I could shave Friday night and not have to fret about the bare legs sticking out from my dress come Sunday morning. The moisture strip also makes it so I don't have to slather on gallons of lotion as soon as I hop out of the shower. I am so ecstatic that this product came with coupons in the package as well, so I can keep treating myself to these razors without feeling like I am splurging.
