I made sure to lather up after running under hot water for a few minutes to soften the hairs and imagine my surprise when I took the first swipe and the hair was completely gone!! I did not need to repeat :) . Five blades with the lubrication made the process faster & easier and now I am Looking forward to those summer days thanks to Bic Soleil Shine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I loved this product. I have always shaved with cheaper 3 blade razors. These made a huge difference. I have fine hair and go through about a razor a week. These last me a little longer which is really important to a mom on a tight budget. They also stay clean and do not hold build up like some disposable razors. I wish I had known what a difference 5 blades makes vs 3 all these years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to like this razor, but I must say that I was sorely disappointed. It scraped, but didn't get the hair. It is cute and girly, but highly impractical. This product may appeal to the young and some older because of the color, but this is truly one of those 'pink' ticket items where they are more expensive than say if you purchased a razor advertised and sold for men. It is ineffective at doing what it's suppose to do. I tried this razor as I would use any razor. I tried it with saving cream, foam, gel, shampoo and conditioner (yes, I do this: no waste in my home), and finally just with water to see how the 'moisturizing strips work). Let me just tell you that it came up lacking on all fronts. I felt skinned alive instead of silky smooth and confident, as the picture on the coupons would have you to believe. Final verdict: Skip due to price, impracticality and lack of usefulness. Keep the one you have been using, ladies or better yet, take a few steps to the men's section of the aisle and pick up the BIC hybrid advanced disposable razor that comes with 6 cartridges. It also have 3 blades, but a much thicker shaver handle and better shave any day. I give one star for color and advertisement.

The only thing I don't like is I gave family and friends the coupons and no one is able to find a 2 pack of razors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that before someone purchases these razors they should know that they come in a pack of 2 disposable razors with 5 flexible blades on each razor. The flexibility of each razor allows for comfort when shaving. They left my skin super smooth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I imagine that like many of you, I am a loyal Gillette Venus brand user, so I was curious to try out this product out. Bottom line -- yes! legs are super smooth husband approved with this product. Is it smoother than Gillette? No, not really. Would I buy this product again? Sure, if I was in the market for disposable razors for vacation and such. With that said, I will say that I think I achieved the same results with less effort with the Bic Soleil and here's the longest reason you'll ever read why: The pivot point where the head connects to the handle are located in different positions for the two products. For the Bic Soleil, the handle attaches to the middle of the head allowing for even distribution of pressure and ensuring that all five blades make contact with the skin (see picture). For the Gillette Venus, on the other hand, the handle connects towards the bottom of the razor head resulting in a small but existent lift at the top of the head so that the top razors don't necessarily make as strong of a contact as the ones towards the bottom. To compensate for this, I often put pressure on the top of a gillette razor or pivot the head so that it's 90 degrees to the handle (which is just awkward). I honestly never really picked up on this until I didn't have to do it for the BIC. So why the 1 star reduction? 1. It has the look and feel of a reusable razor, and while I'm sure that's a pro for many, it's not very environmentally friendly as all this material just gets thrown away. 2. The pivoting head" is somewhat of a generous term as it probably has the range of maybe half of that of a Gillette Venus 3. The packaging is ridiculously large for just two razors. It's also a bit annoying as there is no pre marked perforation to help open the packaging (I had to puncture the top with scissors). Once you remove a razor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Soleil Shine disposable razors were definitely useful and worked well while shaving my legs, but there were a few problems I had with them. First of all, I felt like the razor was almost TOO sharp - I cut myself more times with this razor than I have in the past 5 years (No exaggeration). I also am not a huge fan of disposable razors because I feel like throwing the whole thing away is very wasteful. So there were no serious problems with the product, but I probably would not buy it again simply for these reasons.

I've never been disappointed by BIC before and they continue to not disappoint. My legs have never felt smoother! An added bonus is the colorful options they have and the pivoting head!
