[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, I rarely buy razors that are marketed toward women so when I had the opportunity to try the BIC Soleil Shine I had to jump on the chance. I was very please with the razor. I am not one to worry about the aesthetics regarding razors. My worry is will it shave well? Yes, the BIC Soleil Shine gives a smooth close shave. I did not have to continuously go over the same spot to get a closer shave. One swipe of the razor and the hair was gone! I am a fan of the FIVE blades and will be purchasing the BIC Soleil Shine razors in the future.

I got a nice close shave, it's very gentle on skin, and covers a wider area than most other razors. These razors definitely exceeded my expectations and I'd definitely recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Bic Soleil Shine in the mail and excitedly opened the package. Upon first glance, they look fun with the bright colors and very ergonomic for good handling. The packaging is informative for first time buyers so that is good - the see through packaging allows the consumer to see what they are getting and the graphics are great at relaying what the shaver offers, like the pivoting head and 5 blades, probably the most important information for the consumer. So first impression was good and they even smelled good too! I was skeptical about performance but hopeful because of the 5 blades and pivoting head. I tried it in the shower and they feeled a little lightweight in my hand - normally I like some weight to my shavers because it feels like weight gives it better control in my hand but once I was used to the light weight, it felt okay to use and seemed to handle well. It did seem to be a little slippery in my hand so the handle could use some improvement. The pivoting head did help around the knee area and near my ankles so that is a good design. I feel the shave itself was not as close as non disposable shavers and it missed some hairs but probably the best shaver I have used when it comes to a disposable. No nicks to report so that is very important to note because I hate when I nick myself. Overall a great design for a disposable shaver, perfect for traveling - looks great, the pivoting head and five blades perform well, and designed nicely for female hands.

I felt like the five blades gave me a closer shave and left my legs smoother than my regular blade. I like that it had a moisturizing strip. I have very dry skin on my legs. It was also gentle on my legs. I usually cut myself, but this razor left my legs nick free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that this is a very good product and noticed that I only had to go over my leg once but because there are so many blades it seemed that the hair got trapped in between them more frequently so I was rinsing it more overall it was pretty good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The shave is undoubtedly really smooth and close-cut. However, I used this product three or four times and cut myseld multiple times. Also, the pivoting head didn't rotate well unless you pressed hard on it. The design is pretty cute and the handle is comfortable enough. I don't think I would purchase this product again; I have used better razors.

My legs would break out in itchy bumps. I haven't used them since....until now. The technology for disposable razors has improved, to my amazement. I am very happy to say that I can use these Bic Soliel Shine razors. They do not break me out in little bumps. As a matter of fact, I found my legs actually smoother than with the brand I am currently using. I will continue to use these for many years to come.

My legs simply don't feel smooth after a shave unless a razor has 5 blades and it can be really difficult to find in an affordable, disposable razor. My second favorite part are the bright, fun colors! While this feature doesn't actually make a difference in the quality of shave, it is great to have a pretty pink or yellow razor hanging out in the shower. I'm currently 7 months pregnant, so it's getting a little difficult to shave, but this razor made it quick and easy and I got smooth legs without hardly any work! The grip is great, you don't have to worry about it slipping out of your hands while in the shower ( even better for someone having difficulty picking things up! haha) There is a moisterizing strip as well. While it doesn't seem like this feature will last as long as I tend to use my razors, it is a good feature and similar quality to other disposables. Overall, the fun colors, 5 blades, design, and ease of use make the BIC Soleil Shine a top choice in it's category!
