I have the Primacy Tour A/S as original equipment on my 2024 Mercedes GLE 450 magic. I have 25,000 miles on the car and now I need new tires. The warranty indicated 55,000 miles. What are my options in Colorado/

bought these tires 7 months ago do not like these are the noisiest set of michelin tires that I have ever purchased and I have been using michelin tires for over 40 years I am very disappointed with them

Traction - good | Comfort - good | Design - nice | Performance - good | Durability - TBD but purchased these tires for a previous vehicle and it was very good.

I purchased a 2021 RAV4 Adventure with only 16,900 miles in Dec 2024, tread at 5/32 already. I actually hydroplaned recently at 21,000 miles while raining but it actually was a normal rain and nothing excessive. Seems like tread should not be this low already with these low miles, would there be any type of warranty left for these? I am going to have to replace these so I can be safe while driving. Not happy about this.

Smooth ride. Got 65 K out of original tires, (wear bars just visible, not prominant), just bought first replacements. Corners well whether dry, rain or snow. Traction good in all codotions. In snow you just have to know how to drive in snow and limitations of any tires in snow. More quiet than any tires I have had on other SUVs.

High wear at Very low milage. These tires were installed at the factory on my 2024 Genesis GV80. I just took the car in for its 20,000 mile service. The dealership recommends replacement of two of the four tires due to low tread. I can't believe a Michelin brand tire rated at 55,000 miles has low tread at 20,000 miles. Many of the reviews say the tires are notorious for a short life and I have to agree. I will not be replacing these tires with Michelin that's for sure.

Came on my Ford Mustang Mach E (EV) and I wouldn't be replacing them at 50k miles except I have a screw in 1 tire, finish nail in another tire, and a plug already in a 3rd tire.....thank Hurricane Ian for that. Great tire and I will be replacing them with the same one!

Bought these tires only 10 months ago, needing one replaced already. Hit a nail and am told it is slit and needs replaced. Problem is that we cannot find one in stock. It has been over a week and I need my car. Tires are not even a year old, why can't we get replacement. These tires are loud and can be rough riding. At first rotation I was told they are wearing uneven. Took it to dealership and was told alignment is fine. I feel like these tires are lacking and have caused me to possibly reconsider buying Michelin in the future.
