I am diabetic and it is hard to find low carb foods to enjoy, I have this with yogurt and berries.

A good tasting breakfast or snack. Not as good as Seventh Sunday but pretty good.

Delicious added to yogurt for breakfast.

Great for snacking or in breakfast mixed with yogurt. It has a slightly sweet and cinammony flavor.

I eat this granola as cereal with almond milk and it’s delicious.

Delicious and filling. But too expensive.
