This product is keto certified. I use 1 or 2 tablespoons on top of my high fiber cereal. It gives the cereal a little extra crunch without adding too many extra calories.

Being diabetic I'm always on the lookout for something satisfying. I enjoyed putting on Greek yogurt and even snacking on a little by itself. Not too sweet and good tasting.

These nut granola are amazing... I love the combination of flavors and crunch! My favorite way to eat are a bowl of mixed fruit, yogurt and sprinkle these on top. My go to breakfast!!!
