Bought this for my granddaughter to have a healthier snack but she isnt a fan. I think it’s ok. It’s definitely not low carb so you do have to watch your portion size if that is important to you. The nuts and seeds are fresh tasting and the product itself is fine, it’s just not our first choice in snacks.

This granola mix is SO delicious, the perfect mix of granola, nuts, and seeds. The texture is also great, it is crunchy yet soft enough for a person such as myself, that wears dentures. It is a great value for the amount you get and the price. I will definitely be purchasing more.

We absolutely love this keto granola! We use this in yogurt, on top of keto ice cream, drizzled with sugar free melted chocolate, etc. It makes you think you’re cheating. It’s just so satisfying. Also planning on putting it in a food processor with melted butter to use as a crust for my keto pumpkin pie.

Does granola is perfect for someone with diabetes and someone that’s not. This is one of those things that you don’t feel cheated as a diabetic. I put This with blueberries and plain yogurt. It’s the perfect breakfast for me. My husband likes to just eat the granola as a snack. The flavor is delicious.

Keto Nut Granola Cinnamon Pecan is the best. I love the taste of the cinnamon pecan and coconut together. Mix with your cereal use as a topping on your yogurt and fruit. There’s so many things that you can mix it up in. Love it! I highly recommend this product.

My 27 year old son wanted to try this since he is practicing keto for a few months; he really likes it. I tried it, and was impressed with the taste, so I bought myself a bag also. This is a fun granola to add to yogurt, to eat by itself as a snack, to add to a bowl of almond milk, etc.

I had already tried the Birthday Cake variety of this keto granola, so I was disappointed when I found out Sams no longer carried it. I decided to give the Cinnamon Pecan a try, and I was pleasantly surprised that it was just as good! It has just the right amount of cinnamon! Delicious!

I have type 1 diabetes, so I often look for keto (low carbohydrate) foods. This is the best granola I have ever tried, even when comparing to full sugar varieties. This low carb option tastes great as a snack on its own, or as a yogurt topping. The flavor is amazing, and price is good for how big this bag is.

This is absolutely delicious. I like to pour about 1/3 cup into a bowl with Almond milk. Eat it like cereal for breakfast. Very filling. Or I throw a handful in a baggy to take with me in a trip for a snack. Well blended, some small chunks. Delicious and highly recommend
