Pros: • Great picture quality as would be expended from a QLED TV • Multiple Inputs and Outputs • Setup after connection is very good • Excellent delivery 1 day before the shipping information provided at the time of purchase. Cons: • None of the documentation provided or e-manual shows the back plane identifying location of the Inputs and Outputs. The connections labels are raised text black on black which are very difficult to read. • The VESA mounting holes require a M8 x 1.25 MM hardware was NOT included and is not a standard length. Metric size fasteners are sold in box stores in 12MM and 16MM lengths so a spacer washer is required if using 16MM length fastener. This information was NOT found in any of the advertising hipe. An optional rear mounting kit can be purchased which presumable includes the special length fasteners however, the vertical support bar was not required. • In initial configuration a credit card number is requested but not required by exiting the dialog box. The Pros outweigh the numbers Cons which a little effort could be resolved in design to deserve a 5 star rating.

The quality of the screen was 10x better then anything else I've ever had. The features were also awesome it was a smart tv with its own set of applications and I just fell in love with it. Will definitely be looking for another tv like.

The picture quality is insanely good. They offer so many different streaming options. Very consumer friendly. East to navigate. 11/10 recommend spending the little bit extra to purchase a Samsung TV. The tv and picture quality last forever I still have a Samsung flat screen right when they first started coming out with flat screen TVs and it still works amazing after 15 years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I us the TV for everything, mostly streaming movies or live TV, I especially like the U Tube travel videos in 4k. I like everything about this TV except the remote! The remote is too small, it's easy to press a wrong area, mainly within the circle. Also very easy to drop the remote. I find myself pressing "buttons" several times in order for the thing to work and it can be frustrating. Its just, in my opinion a very poorly designed implement.

Love the system has so many built-in apps that I no longer need any other TV box to connect to it. The size is impressive as well, very sleek and slim. The quick setup , wireless and wired connection, HDMI ports and sound bar connections all are great. The smart portion of the TV fills the gaps where ROKU cant and the best part is our cable provider has a Samsung app allowing us to dich the box.
