Customer reviews for SAMSUNG 60" Class Q60B-Series QLED 4K Smart TV - QN60Q60BDFXZA forGreat Picture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my main tv in the living room, I bought a curve for the bedroom and I finally decided to buy a new tv for the living room. This tv replaced a big box Sony 65 which was the state of the art when I bought it a decade ago, lol. Qled has the best picture. I swear while watching football I can see the blades of grass move. All the included features work great as they should. The only thing I wish I would have done differently is buy a bigger one.
Great television.. at first.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My TV has INCREDIBLE color out the box. The colors are absolutely beautiful. I am in love with this television but.. I'm dealing with a bleeding effect. I try not to turn my TV off anymore because it's really bad when I first turn it on. Once it heats up, it goes away but the bleeding effect lasts for a while until the TV warms up to it. The audio is great, the features are awesome but consider I purchased this TV for the picture and the picture is going bad, I can't give it anything better than 3 stars.

did have nice picture quality
bought this tv 21 months ago. did not buy service contract, figured a quality product should last 5 years, well tv quit working , blank screen, 21 months after purchase. called and texted samsung, my 5th samsung tv in last 4 years. just trying to get a partial purchase certifcate, towards new purchase, samsung ignores phone call and text messages, very dissappointing, guess its time to explore other tv optiosns... stay away from this tv, and be cautious of samsung
Samsung does it again.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm becoming more and more of a Samsung fanboy with each product and this television is no different. I have a 65 inch model in my bedroom, which i use mostly for movies, and the 75 inch model in the living room, which i use mostly for gaming. You would think that this television is tailored specifically for each one of things it does such a great job with both. My bedroom is dark and my living room is full of windows and you can't tell the difference as far as picture quality goes. The brights are bright and the darks are dark regardless of the surroundings.
Best TV ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally had a QLED 65 INCH and loved the SAMSUNG brand so much, I saved up and got my dream smart TV. The SAMSUNG Q60B 85 INCH TV. Man, this TV does anything and everything you want. I swear, I learn something new everyday on this cool TV. I strongly recommend this TV for anyone who can handle this 85 INCH monster. Russ L.
Its Great But...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 4k image is excellent and the customizable settings are a plenty. Overall I like it BUT when theres a dark image I see splotches of light bleedthrough that is annoying. What is almost perfection is ruined by this defect. Its under warranty and seemsvto be a common problem so I'll see if it can be fixed. Untill then 3 stars.
UncleSamsung, Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Q60B TV's picture quality. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. Great picture - marginal remote
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most reviewers say the same thing about this Samsung series - good to great picture but a less than remarkable remote. We have adjusted to the nuances of using a numberless remote. But the remote and the TV simply do not communicate well. A remote from the 1980's did a better job of actually getting the TV to take an action than this 2022 model. You can push the back button as often as you wish but any streaming service will simply ignore the signal. No matter where you hold the remote relative to the front lower edge of the screen. Nada. We often have to turn the TV off to get the functionality back, if then. So great picture. Set your expectations for the remote function as low as the pre-80's, and you should be ok.
NorthwestHarris, I’m sorry to hear your Q60B TV’s remote is not working as expected. If you press any key on the remote and the LED indicator at the top of your remote stays on for about 3 seconds rather than blinking, please try the following steps to reset your remote: 1) Long press the RETURN key and ENTER key together for about 10 seconds if your remote was once paired already with the TV, you do not need to re-pair it again. However, if it was not paired with the TV, pairing must be done after the reset. 2) The RETURN key is on the left side of your remote and looks like a curved, backwards pointing arrow. 3) The ENTER key is the button in the center of your directional ring. I hope this tip improves your enjoyment. If you need further help, please call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Bad screen quality
Received this device on an extended warranty replacement of another Samsung TV. Very disappointed in screen quality… this TV has a large vertical section on screen with yellowish green tone to it. Have found no screen calibration available to fix this bad section.
QLED is dynamic
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] QLED 4k UHD 43 inch TV. We wanted a smaller TV for a 4k monitor. Running at 4160 x 2180 30Hz Progressive with a plus from the PC graphics. We have the 4k Xfinity and a 4k UHD DVD player with streaming service for the other two inputs. The colors are superb. The details are sharp. The brightness is superior. The on-line media is sharp and easy to read close up. Our PC is a media streamer, no information for gaming. The 4K UHD Samsung DVD player is super-powered for watching movies and streaming in 4k. I highly recommend the QLED line from Samsung. I recommend the 43 inch for a 4k UHD monitor as well.
Another example of poor workmanship as well as no
Bought it several days ago and have experienced a black spot in screen. This is the same issue as my previous Samsung and am extremely upset with this defect. Samsung really just blows off your complaints as within specs and they will not address the problem. Burnt once again ……… I will move on to another brand from this juncture. Very disappointed with my purchase. Steer clear of Samsung!
