[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is (mostly) everything you would expect from a Samsung. The company has a great reputation, and rightfully so. The TV is the perfect size for our bedroom. The picture is so vivid and crystal clear. The remote is nice and thin, but not so small that it gets lost like the Apple remote does! I subtracted a star for the sound quality. To me, it's a little tinny. It doesn't have full-bodied lows like you would expect, or like all of my LG TVs have. It honestly makes me wax nostalgic about some of my former hotel room TVs. I think the only way that I will resolve this in the future is by purchasing a sound bar system to provide deeper, stereo sound with more richness and bass. Overall, a quality TV, especially for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a older Samsung. So I diced to upgrade it. With this tv I'm very happy with the picture the 4K is a amazing. Only problem I had it with it is the soundbar sometimes connects to it and other times it doesn't.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Have Xfinity everything and I was surprised when i seen an app called Samsung plus and click on it, and it have all the movies and shows I like on the other movie apps , even the controller have the Samsung plus button .This Tv have some many features i love all the main social apps I use and movie apps.The settings were easy and all the features were quick and easy to set up and hook up to my wifi easy , absolutely hands down the Easiest ,Accessible Tv I ever I purchased i have Samsung everything phone,refrigerator, microwave and nIw Tv this Tv is great addition to my collection.

I purchased this TV to upgrade from a samsung that was probably 6 years old - I did this because my old TV had a bad picture quality when images were dark (i.e., game of thrones scenes, etc.) and I was over it. Well, despite my hours of research, and going above my budget, I've concluded that this TV sucks just as much as my old one. While the image on my QLED 4k Q60B is more "HD" than my 6 year old "HD" samsung, the picture settings are similarly limited, and if you stand ANYWHERE except for directly in front of the TV and perfectly perpendicular to it then the screen appears grey and almost blurry. I'm currently slumped down on the couch that sits directly in front of the TV, which you would think is a standard position for TV watching - NOT FOR THIS TV - instead, the image appears almost foggy and dark scenes are even worse quality. Additionally, to add insult to injury, when you think you have adjusted the picture settings jusssst right, the TV will AUTO ADJUST THE IMAGE ON ITS OWN WHEN YOU CHANGE SCREENS (i.e., when looking at the netflix homepage it will be adjusted one way, then when you click into a show and are reading the info page it will adjust to a different quality). It drives me insane. I have spent a lot of time searching for solutions to these issues and nothing works. (I have not bothered contacted samsung support due to my previous experience with their support being an absolutely unhelpful waste of time and not even believing I was experiencing the issue I had contacted them to address.) I would return this TV in a heartbeat if I could.

They aren't traditional screwed in legs; they slide in with clips and one leg just refused to go on all the way. Aside from those hiccups the tv is great. It was easy to set up and, although we have an Apple TV hooked up and don't need them, the smart features of the tv are very nice. I like that I can hook the tv up to my Google assistant and turn it on without the remote.

The detail, density and color are remarkable with no screen distortion, drag or degradation. The 2022 upgrade has many new features to include a dramatically new sound feature that replicates a Theater-style audio system of surround sound. This is compatible with both a Home Surround Sound system or an optional (purchased separately) Sound bar with wireless rear speakers and a wireless sub-woofer. I have both.

I'm a fan of samsung so I may be biast however my parents own an LG and let me tell you how NOT user friendly it is. By having a samsung phone and samsung TV it makes for an easier set up. I will never own any other brand of TV, ever!

The picture quality is fantastic, sound is the best, Bluetooth is a great addition. We use this tv for streaming shows, movies, NFL and MLB games. The best feature is the brightness/quality of the picture no matter what you are watching. The Bluetooth option works very easily and the audio is crisp and clear. The ease of setting it up took less than 10 minutes.
