We have been surprised by all the innovations and technological advancements compared to our old Samsung smart TV. We also were amazed about their remote control which doesn't require a battery replacement and charged itself with the help of room lighting. It can also be plugged in to charge if needed using a USB-C plug. There is so much more to it to brag about but I'll let the reader view this at a TV store.

I never would buy a Samsung simply because their operating system is horrible. It's ugly and messy. It's not user-friendly. The Roku operating system is 1,000 times better.

Let say Netflix, if u watch through tv, is amazing but through apple tv, so so. I give 4 stars just because of that ambient mode it is difficult to use or i couldn't figured it out maybe.. Over all perfectly fine !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part, this tv is great. The picture is nice and they come through clearly with our Spectrum package. There was one time that we had a purple/green color issue, but I believe that was a connection thing that we fixed ourselves after searching a while online for an answer on. The remote with this takes some getting use to. It's only truly annoyed us once and makes you wish there were slightly more buttons. For us, we opted not to get a sound bar. Def didn't need it as we aren't the owners of a private theater. It carries just fine over a maybe 30ft space. Sometimes movies, commercials, or different channels are louder than another. Easy fix.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the size and the options Great picture, lucky to find sale, too wow, i am at the age i realized the tv is smart and i am not. however, the setup was quick and smooth. the picture is super. there's so much content loaded on this tv i will never use it all. the only thing i might criticize is that i increased the text size as large as it will go, and it is still difficult to see from more than 8' or so away and the remote is not backlit. that is a big one. i had read that in other reviews and it's very true.

I have had Samsung products for many years the TV's before this one were 46" Samsung we bought in 2010 finally my tv went and it was too expensive to fix and they were NON smart tv's and this is 2023 and my wife's 46" is still going strong so when I got this 55" smart tv I had no qualms about it being very good, I am very pleased with the picture and ease of use and I have it hooked up to an Amazon fire stick which gives me the extra's. I bought this 2 days ago and am very pleased with the picture. Sharp clear and bright colors. It easily hooked up to my 3 year old Samsung sound bar. The remote doesn't work too well with my Telus optic TV set top box as it WILL change channels but doesn't give me my recordings and "on Demand" programs, so I have to use my Telus remote for those. That's a bit of a pain having to have 2 remotes available

Is so inclusive with the app and crystal clear instructions. Such a wonderful tv, couldn't be better!! Our family LOVES IT!

I love the features on all its smart tvs. The shortcut buttons on the sleek and simple remote are very handy. The picture quality in 4k is gorgeous.ow light performance is also terrific. Doesn't strain the eyes too much, and different quick presets can quickly adapt to your preferences. Or can simply set it to intelligent mode which will adapt to your surroundings. I particularly like it's live TV feature and don't feel the need for a cable subscription. Overall a well packaged TV.
