Having access to so many apps makes it easy to switch from one device to another. One of the best features is being able to control it from my smart phone. Overall, great product.

It will change the channels sometimes but not often. It does OK on the other functions but I have to use my cable box remote to change channels most of the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Watch it for everyday viewing and dvds. picture is great, speakers are loud and colors very good. but, this is second Samsung I bought this year (different models) and really hate the remote controls for both(and they are completely different remotes that work differently), but especially with this model...the magic arrow/button whatever you call it is annoying and navigating is not easy/not even a "source" button to easily switch from 1 source to another. why a tv can't have functional user controls that you don't need to read a manual to figure out is beyond me.

Overall I am very please with my Model QN65Q60BDFXZ. The one issue that is EXTREMELY annoying is the lower third screen, guide banner, that appears for a brief time EVRY TIME I switch channels when watching the Samsung TV Plus channels. All the other features of the Tv are great. I would give this product 5 stars if I could turn this off.

It was, I felt, a big improvement over the hand-me-downs I'd grown accustomed to. That was, until, I purchased the 65” QLED we have now. This TV is not only a sleek, large display with the picture quality to match, but its interface is blazing fast. We switch between gaming and streaming quite often and multiple apps at that. To have a TV that responds seamlessly makes a big difference. I couldn't be happier we ended up going with the Q60. I knew we could trust the picture quality and we were quite impressed with the slim form in the store. But you really have to plug this one it at home and see how great it functions to fall in love.

But I've 7sed this TV for Streaming....Gaming and My 4k bluray player and the quality is excellent. It drops connections occasionally and you have to power it down and back on occasionally but is there a oerfect Tv....idk but Samdung has always been the best to me and always my go to brand fir the kastv15 years.
