Not recommended

I ordered 2 boxes at one time thinking it would be good. I have only made 7 cups of coffee and that will be all. Out of the 7 cups 5 have exploded in my Keurig causing coffee grounds going out everywhere. VERY disappointing.

why I gave this product a rating of one

I love the flavor of this coffee but I don’t like the quantity I received. I paid for 72 pods and received 65. That is a big disappointment! Mauds, please send me the rest of my coffee!

DID NOT WORK IN MY KEURIG

I bought this for my husband to use at work and bathe first time we tried it in the KEURIG, it did not and kept turning machine off. I checked and the design of the cup prevents it being pierced from the bottom. Just wasted $22.00

Very bitter, coffee grounds in every cup.

So disappointing. I have tried 3 flavors, the coffee is overly bitter and coffee grounds ended up in my cup each time. Will be returning these to Sam's Club for refund.

Seems Nice, But Proceed With Caution

Thought this would be good and wanted to give them a chance, especially because of the price and value, but these just aren't so great. The flavoring and variety isn't bad, but the cups themselves are not made well. Wife says flavoring is off, though. They don't produce a ton of coffee for whatever reason (yes, we've stacked them up to others), and you can almost always be assured that you'll have coffee grounds in your cup. I've had more than a few of these K-Cups somewhat explode in the Keurig too. If you want coffee for the price, then get this...however, you'll see what happens when you do.

Use to like them

I've purchased Maud's Gourmet several times. I especially like the gone bananas Foster's. I've realized since I tried another brand of k cups that there's a problem w/ Maud's Gourmet cups & not my Keurig. Some of the Maud's cups leave coffee grounds in the coffee.

Good product horrible packaging

The coffee itself tastes great. However, either the grounds are too fine or there is a problem with the internal filter because every time I make these, my cup is also filled with grounds. When I want to enjoy this coffee, I have to dump it into my own coffee filter, which defeated the whole purpose of convenience for me.

Coffee grinds

I don't understand what's wrong with these every cup we make, we have to take cheese cloth, and filter the coffee, because once the pods are punctured the coffee grinds come out into the cup, and we tried them in 4 different Keurigs. so we know it's not the machine. Plus this is the only brand it does it with.

Pods MIA

I purchased this coffee online last week, which was delivered yesterday. While placing the pods in a holder I discovered there were only 65 pods, not 72 as described. I called Maud's customer service since it was not Sam's fault, explained the problem to the customer rep, who told me there was nothing Maud's could do bc I purchased from Sam's Club & they had no record of sale. I offered to provide proof of purchase and was told in no in no uncertain terms that they could do nothing about it & I should take it up with Sam's. How is this Sam's responsibility, & what kind of customer service dismisses your problem in such a rude manner? The happy ending: I called Sam's & provided the above details. The representative responded in a courteous, pleasant & professional manner & told me that Sam's offers 100% satisfaction & offered to refund the purchase price or replace the order. No ifs, ands, or buts -just an enthusiastic attitude & acknowledgement that Sam's values its customers & offers 100% guarantee of ultimate satisfaction. Again, the shortage wasn't Sam's fault, but that was not a factor for Sam's in resolving the issue. I chose the refund option & had an email within MINUTES advising that the purchase price had been credited to my Sam's credit card account. THAT'S WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Full disclosure: I did read a number of reviews on Sam's website citing the [pd shortage problem & other quality control issues, but I really thought they were just a fluke & ordered the coffee anway. Moral of the story: Sam's is the superhero, Maud's doesn't own up to its "SHORTcomings."
