Loving this bed frame. I’ve only had it a week, so hoping it lasts along time. I love going to bed early and watching TV in comfort. The fed exkid slid it in my door and yes it is heavy. But I’m 67 and was able to slide it across the floor into the bedroom myself. Once I got it open. You just screw the legs in and flip it over and plug it in. Couldn’t be much easier. Yes I did it myself. Of course if you have stairs, you will need help. The legs adjust for different heights but I left them at 12 inches, so even with the mechanics underneath, I could still slide those low storage boxes under. Can’t believe I took so long to get this. ❤️

I am very satisfied with the functionality of this bed, it was very easy to assemble, basically four legs to screw in and plug in the power pack. It has made a big difference in my overall sleep and comfort because I’ve eliminated the need for numerous pillows to elevate myself and can easily adjust the height for comfort. It’s relatively quiet as it moves.

This unit deserves 5 stars! The fact that this baby comes in all the different bed frame sizes… My child has a full size bed and suffers from acid reflux. In no way could I have fit a queen bed in her room. Once I found this I quickly ordered. Unit is definitely heavy and will require multiple people. Setup wasn’t difficult and works well.

Obviously the quality is not to the same standards as the big brands, but this is an acceptable substitute for the price. I love my Serta adjustable bed that I bought 6 years ago, but it was too big and bulky to move to my second, temporary residence, and initially I considered purchasing a second Serta but couldn't figure out what I'd do with it in 2 or 3 years when I will move back to my permanent residence. This fit the bill, as I could have it shipped to it's final destination and I could set it up myself using a mattress (also from Sam's) that I already own. Word of warning though- make sure you have outlet for plug that isn't near the bed. When I plugged my bed I to the outlet, I didn't realize how close it was to the mattress and after using the bed a few nights, it stopped working because the movement has unplugged it and when I went to plug it back in, the plug was seriously bent. I had to make other arrangements to plug the bed in so it isn anywhere near the bed.

Does what it say it does. 1. It is quite heavy and take 2 people to move to 2nd floor. 2. Some legs segments are hard to separate. we were not able to separate one of them and left that as is. 3. The "bottom" of the 6 leg segment that touches the floor are NOT flat. It is slightly rounded and will create a pressure point on hardwood floor. So, if you have hard wood floor, you'll need to have pads/something soft to spread the weight to prevent it making a depression into wood floor. That might have worked well for carpet but that part is not good for hard wood floor. I'd rather they provided a "flat" bottom. 4. Not much installation instruction but the actual installation was quite easy. Just open it up and put the legs in. connect power and you're good. One of the part (the metal frame at the end of the bed that prevents the mattress from slipping off) cannot be removed from the location tied on the base for delivery until I flip the bed up and use the power/motor to raise the "leg" segment. 5. It also included a "battery" container/carrier that allows you to operate the bed when you have a power outage but it is not an active backup. To use it, you'll need to disconnect the power supply and connect the battery container. I did not test its functionality and am not sure how long a few small battery will last driving those motors. 6. The box arrive quite beat up. I was a bit concern about the content but the base was not damaged.

I purchase 2 King adjustable bed bases. As I was installing the legs, which consists of turning the lead screw into the base of bed frame, it would not go all the way for at least one or more of the holes. This causes the bed base to floor to be uneven and the base wobbles. Whoever drilled the holes in the frame whether by machine or by hand had a bad drill bit. The remote and lifting of the bed was great, but you can't help but notice and feel the wobble in the bed. Called Member Mark's Customer service and they plan to replace both. I am hoping the next batch frames are not defective.
