Good deal instead of going to apple directly or even going to Walmart you still save $30 online but beware of some pairs may have light “cosmetic or lid damage” from the manufacturer but other than that they are amazing and are a steal for the price!

My son opened his Christmas gift only to find out they were used. They had someone’s name already when we connected them to his phone. We also found ear wax was inside the earpiece. This was clearly a case of bait and switch. We sent them back Dec 26 and are still waiting a week later for new ones to be shipped.

The AirPods themselves are great, but after 2 months, the charging case will only charge to 30%. For $200, I'm very disappointed. I would recommend buying the extended warranty from WM. Better to be safe than sorry like me. I purchased 2 pairs for Christmas presents for my children ($200 for each), so they have used them less than a month. I don't know why I didn't purchase the warranty, I usually do purchase the warranty for electronics. Anyways, after 1 month of use, my daughters still work, but my sons charging case does not. Ugh...

These are the best thing I could have purchased for my husband. He always listens / uses his headphones. He always keeps one in when he is driving or on his motorcycle. They fit good under his full face helmet, which is what we was defiantly needing and looking for.

This product is defective. Apple appears to have discontinued this version, knowingly. Mine quickly stopped working properly with the right AirPod not charging. When I manage to charge it, it charges partially, doesn’t hold the charge and now my AirPods are connecting to my iPhone even when the case is closed!

sound quality is good, and the noise canceling is nice when it works. so it gets 2 stars for that but they dont charge half the time both wont connect every other use the case itself has issues charging atleast twice a week fit is terrible and they are always slipping out of my ears dont try and flex your cheek or any face muscle as they will push out of your ear. even smiling or laughing will completely pop them out. they make a weird buzzy, ringing noise when there is no sound being expelled from them. only reason I use them is because i dropped $250 to even use them. better off looking elseware as these are not worth even $100. They look nice and are a apple product, but in reality, forget those two aspects and get something worth your money.

Great product! The noise cancellation is unreal! I was hesitant to buy these expensive headphones but as an Apple guy I took the chance…boy was it worth it! Have had them a day and already love them! Great quality, sound, appearance! Easy to use and great comfortable fit! I’ve always had problems with headphones staying in my ear and these fit amazing! Best Buy I have ever done!

I bought these as a gift to myself. While I was initially skeptical of the noise cancellation, transparency features, and the fit. It turned out to be perfect me! The noise cancellation really works to the point I couldn’t hear a thing in target while shopping. The transparency allows you to be aware of your surroundings. It truly is amazing!! While I wouldn’t spend $250 for them. I got them on Black Friday for $159 which is sweet. I am definitely in love. This is a great upgrade too if you have had the AirPod first generation or 2nd generation for a while!

Love everything about them except the fit. The sound, function, battery life, ease of use is outstanding. Even with three different sizes of ear pieces, they don't fit quite right - they fall out of my ears if I do any high impact exercise at all - running, jumping, etc.

It seemed like everyone was talking about how great the AirPod pros were and it was an Apple cult-like following. Now after buying them I understand the hype, the connectivity (with the iPhone 13 Pro Max) works phenomenally, buttons work great, and the sound is awesome. Highly recommended to anyone with an Apple product, I don’t know how it would be with any other product.
