One side now goes out when covered by anything including hair of a jacket. It has only been 5 months. Would like to use the warranty but there’s no info on how to use it. My air pods the first gen went out after 7 months and I’m not sure that it’s worth purchasing for such a high price when they go out in less than a year.

After reading reviews on the AirPods Pro 1st Gen and 2nd Gen, I opted to go with the 1St Gen due to the price difference. Coming from the original AirPod (non-pro), this was a huge upgrade for me. I am very happy with how the rubber tips seal out noise around me and the noise cancellation takes care of any remaining noise. I can use these with about half the volume that I had with my original AirPods. The sound is greatly improved in this 1st Gen Pro model as well. Are the 2nd Gen Pros better? Maybe. For me, this 1st Gen model is such a huge leap in improvement, I am very pleased with my purchase.

I was looking for a great deal from EarPods when I saw this I was happy %26 ordered it but I been having issues for last couple of weeks now I thought maybe but all off the sudden stopped working restarted again and stop connecting from left ear so I won’t be using this anymore don’t buy it!!!I felt like I was scammed by Walmart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] AirPods Pro first generation wireless ear buds are super easy to use with Apple devices and sound great. I also paired the AirPods with my Windows computer fairly easily. The price is a little high, but you get a quality product. Walmart had the best AirPods price compared to stores nearby.

Have a lot of Apple products but never had an AirPod. Could not bring myself to pay the full price and took advantage of Black Friday deal at $159. The sound is definitely better than $40-50 small brand ear phones, and worth $159 but only if you really appreciate good sound. It also definitely pairs with iPads and iMacs so much better than non-Apple products.

Why did I not buy airpods years ago? I kept buying $20 sets of wireless earphones from diff brands with just so so results. These are incredible. Case is solid and you can tell it’s heavy duty. They connected automatically to my iPhone. Noise canceling is on point. I barely heard anything outside even without the music. With music I hear only music. The music and sound is so great! I honestly should have gotten these before. They automatically stop sound / music when they go out of your ear. It’s ok but I wish I could control that. That’s the only down side. You can turn off noise canceling if you’re alone or in a quiet place. I recommend getting a wireless charging station or dock to charge case. Love them! I’m an Apple fan.

It seemed like everyone was talking about how great the AirPod pros were and it was an Apple cult-like following. Now after buying them I understand the hype, the connectivity (with the iPhone 13 Pro Max) works phenomenally, buttons work great, and the sound is awesome. Highly recommended to anyone with an Apple product, I don’t know how it would be with any other product.

Purchased these for my wife. It's actually her second pair. She constantly used the first pair (2nd Generation) - for a couple of years now) for both work and non-work activities. Literally everyday. One of the AirPods was starting to have problems, so I made this an early Mothers-Day Present. Same great quality at a very good price.

I got the airpods pro as an upgrade of the airpods for my wife as a gift. they were working fine until a few weeks ago whe the case started to have charging issues. now it doesn't charge at all. For something that is expensive it is a big disappointment for me and my wife.

I got a email stating that my order was delivered on Friday but it didn’t arrive until Sunday 2 days later it arrived in a Dollar Tree bag and then the package you can tell that it had been open and resealed with a big piece of tape on it once I opened it the plastic seal was off and the worst part is when I opened up the box and one of the AirPods had earwax on it I can tell that they were used my products were stolen and replaced with something used already I blame both parties Walmart and the other contractor company that the driver works for they must don’t screen the employees this is just unacceptable and disgusting very dirty and nasty to me. Please make sure that you fully check all orders and delivery’s coming from Walmart
