My third set and I’m a big fan. However, the latest set will not recognize when they are “in ear” for some of the features like the ear tip fitting or the transparency feature. Sending to apple for service. Disappointing for $200 ear buds.

I was nervous about his purchase, as this style of headphone doesn’t usually stay in my ear. These work great! And the sound is quite awesome too! I love them!

I like them.. came on time but Siri doesn’t always respond to me.. like she can’t hear me.. and they slip out more then expected.. but the talk range is great.. I can talk outside while my phone is in the house with great signal

Purchased 3/24/21. They sound great, but noise canceling has been decreasing for awhile and now mine are doing the dredded clicking noises that Apple has a service program out on, but since mine were made in November 2020, I don't qualify... SOL.

I love the noise control feature. These in my opinion are better than the regular AirPods. They fit firm in my ear and I love them. I brought a case for them and they are perfect.

The bass and noise cancelling are defective. This is a known issue with 1st generation AirPods Pro. I wish I would've know about it before I bought them.

I bought these for my 16 year old son to replace his 2nd gen AirPods. The sound quality is better than his old set and the noise cancellation and transparency work very well. He seems to like them better.

Great product it’s just they tend to fall out my ear a lot when I’m working in moving around the tend to fall out my ear I’m going to try to change the earbuds hopefully that helps with that other than that excellent

when I return my air pod pro their case they don't disconnect from my device. When I get a phone call or message etc. the notification goes to the air pod so there is not sound or ring on my phone. AND right ear battery drains faster

First time buying AirPods Pro came as new, I had a bad feeling that they were going to be refurbish but no oh my gosh!!! When I put them they sound really good and a lot of base I would recommend getting the AirPods Pro
