Bought it on Thanksgiving from store and returned today. Initially was very happy. 2 weeks later I was in a meeting call. 35 minutes into the meeting the right ear piece stopped working. I panicked as I thought I may have touched something and switched to wired headphone. I put it back in charger thinking maybe the battery died and it reset. However, a week later same thing happened. I went to apple site and did every troubleshooting tip like checking the charge, the balance etc. A week ago the right ear sound became low compared to the left ear piece. I thought I could get online support but they referred to go to an authorized repair place like best buy which did not have an appointment for 3 days. Thinking it maybe an ordeal to repair/replace I returned.

I first had the regular AirPods, it they were so uncomfortable. They didn’t fit into my ears properly and because of that I often got sores in my ears. Now I have these pros and they are so comfortable! I haven’t gotten any sores and I can wear them all day!

Rarely do I ever take the time to leave a review. Especially when it comes to Apple products. I had the AirPods (2nd gen.) for a little over a year. Never had issues with them falling out of ear. Only con is the lack of noise cancellation which brought me to today’s review. I took advantage of the sale price and decided to try the Pros. I was not ready for the experience. These AirPod Pros are extremely comfortable, I’m not a fan of silicon buds but these actually feel natural inside my ear. The background noise cancellation is AWESOME! Only advice I’d give is to make sure you are aware of your surroundings if you have both in each! Yes, it’s that good!

Product came in with perfect quality. Dont be skeptical like I was. The product is great and wasnt a scam, came on time, and work exactly like my friends! They came packaged unlike all the other reviews, brand new, and unused. Product is great Highly Recommend! (You can also get an apple music free trial from bestbuy, walmart, and target)

Way better then I thought. Transparency mode actually works and doesn’t make things sound weird like my galaxy buds did. Noise canceling mode is also pretty amazing and filters out more then expected. Siri integration is great, it automatically reads my texts and let’s me verbally respond automatically without having to physically doing anything.

They work great, came with a c to lightning cable which was not expected but it might come in handy someday. Apart from a manufacturing flaw, residue lining from adhesive, components of the AirPods had some extra bits of plastic, not painful and don’t interfere with their use, just looked a little funny. Good deal for Black Friday, decent but affordable quality.

These are great earphones. My husband has small ears so most earphones don’t feel great and fall out but these fit him really well. The sound quality is great and we love the noise cancellation. It’s really easy to use with his iPhone. So far it’s a great product for us!

These are the best earbuds I’ve ever used. I was using AirPods 2, but I really felt like they lacked bass. With the new AirPods Pro 2 coming out, I managed to get a really good deal on them. There is plenty of bass, the noise cancellation feels like you went to a different universe, and the transparency mode feels like nothing’s in your ear. I love the shorter stem and Spatial Audio is really good. I would highly recommend this product.

Fast Shipping and the AirPods Pro arrived in excellent condition. AirPods Pro is an amazing noice-canceling earbuds. Connection 5/5, Sound 5/5, Quality/Build 5/5, Battery 4.5/5, Noice-canceling 4.8/5, Ability to stay on the ears 3.5/5 (Won’t stay on ear for that long). However, I recommend buying this product.

Noise cancelling feature is a must have when teenagers are studying. My kids can listen to music and study without getting distracted by other things going on around them. Price was great, purchased as a Black Friday deal. Only complaint is they are a little large to fit in smaller ears, not a deal breaker though
