Feel is great, I enjoy the noise transparency so I can hear if someone is saying something to me but also enjoy my favorite podcast. Battery life is the only reason I gave this item a 4 star, but only because I came from some cheaper soundcore earbuds with what seemed like double the battery life. However, I will say that these are WAY better in every other way. The case has wireless charging which is another plus but also can go awhile before needing a charge. These earbuds fit so well that I can go for a run and never have to worry about them falling out. I will say the normal price of over $200 was a tough pill to swallow. But I’m thinking it was worth it right now.

All i can say is I HATE THEM. My boyfriend on the other hand loves them. he discovered the noise canceling mode and will now leave them in around me. He says they work great. But I act like I have them in and just ignore him when he talks about how awesome they are. Had to threaten to return them so he would actually listen to me. But honestly they are pretty cool.

Easy setup, paired quickly without problems to my iPhone X. The earbuds are secure in ear, I was going to get the standard AirPods, but some friends told me that they were not pleased with the standard AirPods because they are more likely to fall out of the ear, the Pros are secure even while exercising. The little charger box is convenient. It comes with a charger cord but not the wall plug adapter. Sound quality is acceptable.

Aren’t these supposed to be better than the original airpods 1st gen? The battery doesn’t last more than 3-4 hours on these, being idle - as in no music and maybe 2-3 phone calls shorter than 5 min. My other airpods would last DAYS without charging, listening to music, phone calls AND idle. These are so much more expensive and are TRASH.

Great product! The noise cancellation is unreal! I was hesitant to buy these expensive headphones but as an Apple guy I took the chance…boy was it worth it! Have had them a day and already love them! Great quality, sound, appearance! Easy to use and great comfortable fit! I’ve always had problems with headphones staying in my ear and these fit amazing! Best Buy I have ever done!

Apple AirPods are good at many things but the battery life is not one of them. I find myself constantly recharging them. Furthermore the instructions are confusing I thought you had to tap the stems to pause music,but you actually have to squeeze them quite hard too. It did not feel appropriate to have spent over $200 for these. If I could I would have just bought the regular ones. One cool feature however is the active noise canceling, it seems to work very well would recommend if you need some silence in your life.

Sound quality is superior to previous AirPods 2. Noise cancelling works great. Only reason I gave it 3 stars was because of the dizziness and headache I get sometimes from wearing these earbuds. Will use for a couple more days and if I don’t like them, I’m buying the new AirPods 3 without ANC.

Did not work out of the box. Assumed it would be easier to go through Apple to get replacement or repair. It could take approximately 3 weeks for this to happen. Sucks when the gift you purchased for someone doesn’t work. I should have just returned them to WM! Lesson learned.

Have had it for 2 weeks now, and works great. I wear for about an hour at a time, and the battery only goes down 20-25%. Battery life is easily 4 or more hours, but who wears them that long without a break? The most comfortable tips are the small ones, the bigger ones feel like an earplug.

The AirPods themselves are great, but after 2 months, the charging case will only charge to 30%. For $200, I'm very disappointed. I would recommend buying the extended warranty from WM. Better to be safe than sorry like me. I purchased 2 pairs for Christmas presents for my children ($200 for each), so they have used them less than a month. I don't know why I didn't purchase the warranty, I usually do purchase the warranty for electronics. Anyways, after 1 month of use, my daughters still work, but my sons charging case does not. Ugh...
