I love them but they will not stay in my ears and I'm afraid I'm going to lose them. I am so frustrated with them. I will be returning them today and getting the older version that apparently is better suited for me.

Great noise cancellation

They don’t fit in the ear as comfortably as other brands. There weren’t multiple sizes of rubber parts for different sized ears in the original packaging. This was not only true for me, but for my daughter as well. They pop out easily and I ended up losing one of the pods. The tracker noise that was supposed to be used, didn’t work. It only beeped for the other side that was found. The battery life of the pods aren’t great either. They don’t even last a full day. I’ve had other wireless headphones that lasted days without having to recharge. The noise cancellation feature was ace, but for everything else that is wrong with it, it isn’t worth the money paid. I got 3 pairs and 2 of the 3 aren’t worth the money and I splurged on this. Im an Apple user through and through This was definitely one of those don’t believe the hype purchases.

This is a great product with a great price. Ordering was simple, and delivery was fast.

When we bought them one was not working had to take to Apple. Got that one replaced and my daughter loves them
