Doesn't matter what you do this stuff will not melt. Terrible on nachos. Gritty texture. 90 minutes in a double boiler, nothing, then boiling directly on stove with whipping cream nothing. Unreal. What is this stuff made of? Avoid at all costs. I'm going to ask Sam's for my money back on this garbage.

This is more of that crumbling cheese. they stopped selling El viajero panela cheese and start selling these low quality crumbling cheeses.

I bought this cheese thinking it was panela, but it is not. I don't like it, and like the other reviews said, bring El Viajero panela cheese, that was a quality cheese. Do not buy this product.
