I cut this in a star design and it was pretty. One person ask what kind of cheese it was. It tasted good too.

Doesn't matter what you do this stuff will not melt. Terrible on nachos. Gritty texture. 90 minutes in a double boiler, nothing, then boiling directly on stove with whipping cream nothing. Unreal. What is this stuff made of? Avoid at all costs. I'm going to ask Sam's for my money back on this garbage.

That cheese tates like flour and salt

It used to have a better taste and texture.
