Great Product for Incontinence
I was somewhat distressed when the size of the S/M suddenly got smaller, but over time I have found it does not really matter. My wife told me early on that it is not the size of the waist that is important in diapers, it is the size of the leg holes! I have really skinny legs and the S/M fits my upper legs thighs just right so I don't leak around the openings.
terrible, not new and improved
As other reviewers have noted the new and improved changes have made these disappointing and unusable. The sizing has changed and my 95 year old father can no longer get these on despite buying the same size. Worse than that though is the fact that these leak. He has never had any issues previously with these leaking until the most recent "new and improved" package arrived. This is so disappointing to caregivers who count on these as an economical but effective solution for incontinence issues. I am now having to experiment with other brands to find the fit and absorbency that these used to provide. Please correct the quality issues. Anyone else that finds these unsatisfactory, take the time to live chat with customer service for a refund.

Not Like Before
Sam's must have a new supplier; not only is the packaging different, but the underwear (size L/XL) no longer fits at all comfortably. It is too tight in the waist and below, as if it were a S/M size! I will return the unused (79) underwear and have ordered the Depends brand after using the Makers Mark brand for 2 years.

you ruined a great product
don't now whose idea it was to change a good thing but whoever is responsible should be looking for a job. the new members mark mens disposable underwear SUCK. flimsy, don't fit the same, cheaper quality. CHEAPER to sams probably but a LOSER to your customers. You guys need an advisory board tokeep you from making more bad choices. BRING back the peoples choice.

Product Change
I have been buying this product for years for my mentally disabled brother. This new product is trash , the sizing is way off and cheaply made. People that use this product are disabled and most are on a limited income , Do you not Care about that ??? This product needs to be pulled from the shelves immediately ! Bring back the old perfect product or I will be forced to go elsewhere. I am so Angry with Sams Club I am seriously thinking about canceling my membership and Sams Credit Card. Something Must be done Immediately !

Bad...
One of the reasons I have kept my Sam's Club membership active is to buy these for my husband, who has Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. They used to fit well, were absorbant enough to get him through the night, and he could usually get them on and off himself. Now they are ridiculously small and uncomfortable. The "improvements" are terrible.

New product design is terrible.
I have been using the previous version of this product for over 1 year and was very satisfied with it. The newly designed product in L/XL is about 2/3 the overall size of the previous product. I have a 38-40 waist and they are tight on me. They are supposed to fit up to a 54 waist! The pads are also not as absorbent as the previous version. This is a good example of a cheaper and poorer quality version of the previous. Do not buy!

"New Improvements" are NOT Improvements!!
As a caregiver for my husband Sam's has made my life much more difficult. The new "improved' men's S/M diapers are junk. My husband is slim, has a 33" waist, and no butt and these new improved diapers are no good at all. 1. They are way tighter and smaller. 2. They are not nearly as absorbent and leak WAY more making it necessary for me to have to be change them more often. I have to use 3 times as many during the night now. 3. I now have to change the sheets every night due to excessive leakage. 4. I nowhave more laundry too do in my spare time. And don't tell me to use a pad. They bunch up, shift all around and are very uncomfortable to sleep on causing bed sores. In addition they are an expense I did not have before the "improvements" to these diapers. Sam's, BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL ONES!! Help out caregivers instead of making our lives more difficult!!!! Or another thought is to market these as a "Dress Up" slimmer less bulky style for going out to dinner, movies, etc. when being worn with dress pants. Just make sure to bring a couple of spares with you. You are going to need them!!!

don't buy these
So I've wasted over $90 on these I used to buy them had no problems they redesigned them I ordered them they sent me the wrong size so those are garbage then I bought another one at the store right size and every single pair rip up the side as soon as you put them on so I buy another box thinking I might have done something no same thing rip right up the side so best idea anybody even looking at a review which I tend to forget to don't buy these they are horrible now I'm stuck with a hundred dollars out having to go buy them somewhere else

Not Pleased
Just want to express my opinion on a product I have purchased for husband for sometime, always with satisfaction, till now. The recent product change to the Total Protection Underwear for men, UPC# 1 93968 07831 7, S/M 92 count versus the prior item, I must say, does not even compare.. The fit, absorbency and comfort are all very inferior to the previous item. I must say, that just the changes in packaging, should have been enough of a bump on the bottom line, but I guess you just could not stop there. Well, I will not purchase anymore, not even for home use, let alone for any secure feeling, if he is out in the public. I just would not want my husband to experience any embarrassment.
