Energizer max is a name brand like Duracell it’s always supposed to be good but these batteries are much better than Duracell batteries imo they last quite a bit longer I’m very happy with my decision to buy this brand over the other ones

These batteries are advertised as having a shelf life of 10 years. The ones Sam's Club shipped to me expire in 8 years. Apparently Sam's is shipping old inventory to members. We pay for Plus specifically to avoid driving 30 minutes (each way) to the store for non-perishable items, like batteries. We're not paying that extra fee to have the warehouse dump its old inventory on us. Looks like we'll have to drive in to town to return this and look at expiration dates on the packages in the stores. D cell isn't a size we use much except for powering some emergency equipment, so long shelf life is important for this size. Sam's needs to do a better job rotating its stock.

Sam’s is the best place to buy batteries! We get big packs so that we don’t need to buy them as often.

Usually I use Duracell batteries, but they were out of stock. I tried these Energizers and they far out lasted the Duracells!

Everybody is a great battery I use them all the time. We use them at work and they last a long time and give you great power.

I ordered AA Energizer batteries so many times but Samclub always ship the AAA batteries to me !!!!!! This is terrible!!!
