We're sorry you're having this experience, as our Heavy Duty Dry cloths have gone through many quality checks to ensure that you can use them with ease. We suggest making sure that you fold the sides of the cloths over the edges of the Sweeper head and tuck them into the grippers. As well, use both hands while you sweep. One hand should placed on the top of the Sweeper and the other should be about halfway down. This allows you to put more downward pressure on the Sweeper head to help keep it flat during use.
