It took much longer to put together but fit very nicely. All three of us were mechanically inclined, end results look good

Directions said I would need three people to put this erector set together over three days. My brother and I put it together in two days.

Love the chocolate color! This gazebo is a great size for a large family or those who like to entertain. 12x16 dimensions are from outside of 4.5" posts. Most other gazebos measure from corners of roof, but usable space is much smaller on those. The one issue I had, was having Sam's customer service go back and forth with Chinese manufacturer to get drawing showing the detailed dimensions, so that our contractor would know where to put the concrete pillars.

Gazebo is great, feels well built. i think they could do better making anchoring recommendations, but we're very pleased with it. The app was incredibly better than the instructions. We also had to order replacement parts and the process was very smooth and streamlined. A++ from me!

This is the greatest addition to our pool patio! It was EXTREMELY easy to put together!! Came with an app that walk you through each step. The app was the best way to manage install. Definitely recommend power tools over the packaged tools. Everything was labeled and organized. The box came with the pieces you need to install and assemble first, so there was no digging for pertinent parts. 10 out of 10 recommend!! It's a gorgeous gazebo and my husband and I put it together in less than a day.

The good - The powdercoating on the parts is excellent and doesn't look like it would scratch easily, although they missed a few areas on several components. - Packaging was excellent, with only minor damage (a slight crinkled spot on one of the roof panels) noted. Note that they managed to fit ~630lbs of gazebo into only two boxes. Strong backs & multiple pairs of helping hands are a must! The bad - The instruction manual is atrocious. They assign ridiculously non-descriptive names to components "Connect the Short-Big Roof Top Beam / Middle-Big Roof Top Beam"...", so be prepared to rely on the alphanumeric codes - Hardware callouts are incorrect in multiple places. Be prepared to use common sense and use plastic washers on screws for the roof panel instead of the steel washers, despite the manual stating otherwise. - Several parts were mislabeled with stickers. I had multiple parts with the same sticker and had to identify them myself. - Several parts (particularly the column corner connectors to the lintels) did not fit together without drilling holes oversized - Some components and their assembly, such as the top roof covers, did not match what was shown in the manual. This resulted in inappropriate hardware being supplied - It seems no thought was given to how rain would be shed from the roof. The design is such that water will be perpetually trapped within "C" shaped channel used to cover the bottom edges of the roof panel. I fear this will result in ice damage during the winter, and plan to drill drain holes as a preventative measure.
