My grandson has been on this formula since out the hospital it does give him constipation sometimes he like it sometimes he don't and it's is expensive got to bargain shop to find cheapest prices

This is the formula my grandson needs and I am so thankful I can purchase at Sam's club for this price. Formula is so expensive and a small container of this at any other store is only a few dollars less than the price for the big container at Sam's.

The scooper is on the lid. But works pretty good. Has a foil protection that you can take off or fold half way if you want. Works good. Has a line in the middle of the scooper if you want to add one so it is 1, 3, or 5 oz. Works good, just remember you have 1 hour to finish the made formula and I think a month for the formula powder.

Great price for the amount. So glad I can order on line and pick up or run in and get it!
